Made an order for $55 at 11:45 they don't close until 12:30 they called me and told me they wasn't taken any more orders for the night

Decided to do Papa Johns since I have the house to myself. However, they messed up my order. Went to the one on Old Trolley by Publix. I ordered a medium supreme and calzone bites. I got a medium pepperoni and oreo bites. Called and spoke to a manager. He offered for me to come back so they can fix it or I get my money back. I think they should have offered to deliver my correct order. This was not an option given to me. So, I took option number two but have to wait 5 to 10 business days for my refund. Really??? So, now I'm stuck with a side I don't want and a pizza I didn't order. I guess next time I will go elsewhere.

WHERE’S THE SAUCE?…It has probably been 6 years since we’ve had Papa John’s - We typically do Domino’s if we’re getting fast pizza on a Friday. But, I saw that Papa was doing a deal, so we tried it out again. YIKES. We’re not fans of eating raw dough, so I had to heat it up in the oven.. Not very fun after a week of making dinners, working, and wanting a relaxed night. Needed a magnifier to find the sauce on the pizza. “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza?” More like, “Where are my ingredients, Is this really Pizza.” My wife warned me it was gonna be bad.. Luckily, I picked her up some Chick-fil-A on the way home as a backup.. Wish I would have got me some.

The quality of the pizza, timeliness of an online order, and staff friendliness are great for a Papa Johns. When you get Papa Johns, you're not trying to get the best pizza in town, but looking for speed and cost savings vs a local place. Never had an issue with this location.

I've noticed the staff are very easy going and polite. Very work oriented and speedy. Great menu items.. not the usual pizza and specials. they offer coupons and promo codes for online shopping. There open late!! Delivery is available to most local customers. There ready to greet you with a smile?.. the surrounding community are lucky to have a food service that really cares. From desserts to dinner they've got you covered, give them a call or order online there the best ones for the job. Better ingredients......better pizza!!!!!..?YUM!

Whoever that guy was that was running the store by himself and made sure my Alfredo pizza was fresh when I was late picking it up deserves a raise. Pizza was amazing and you are awesome!
Call in line rep was sarcastic when I refused a 15.00 tip and instead offered a 5 dollar tip for delivery from building that was 0.5 miles from our location. She stated " how generous of you"

Pizza had almost no sauce. Very dry . Very little cheese. Actually threw out what was not eaten. Should have just cooked a frozen pizza. Extremely disappointed. Never again.
