If I could give a 0 star I would. Customer service is horrible, had to sit on the phone on hold for 2 hrs just to talk to a manager to not even get one on the phone.

I order from here all the time. It's usually good but this time the pizza was not good at all. The order was wrong. When I got home with my three grandchildren, I realized there was no extra sauce and the crust was wrong which was a dry thin pizza. My husband made several attempts to call but was hung up on each time. At least the grandkids ate it.

The problem is not the store or the people. The problem is that the pasta bowls are NOT worth the price. They are smaller than they used to be. The meat bowl was good but the chicken bowl had NO flavor. Pizza Hut has too much competition to be cutting back on quantity or size. For the price, these bowl sizes are pathetic! Fortunately there are a lot of better pizza places to go to and I will!

I mean, seriously, four drinks and you couldn't even handle that. I think I'm done ordering from you guys until you fix your problems and update your phone number.Update: They didn't even bother to cut it. Be better, do better

I ordered a pizza, it said it would take 2 hours to get here and I was fine with that, but after 3 hours of the pizza not showing up I try and call to get a refund and they put me on hold for 45min with no answer. At with point it’s like I’ve been robbed. I didn’t get the pizza and can’t get my money back because no one will pick up the call. Never ordering from here again
I placed my ordered 11/10/23 at 6:40pm. It said that it would be delivered at 7:40pm. Me and my kids were very hungry. We didn't get our food until 8:36pm and it was cold on top of that. I was VERY UNSATISFIED with this experience.
Ordered large pep, sausage and bacon pan pizza, large sausage stuffed crust pizza deal and it came with bonless wings we got bbq. Everything was cooked to perfection. Dont normally eat at pizza hut cause it just wasnt the same from i remembered. We took a chance and man it was Delicious.

I ordered 2 personal pans to be picked up at 12:30 not one person made sure that 2 personal pans were ready by 12:30. After I paid the guy wasn't even decent enough to come say it wasn't ready just expected me to wait once I asked was it ready, not apologetic at all and I frequent this Pizza Hut often. Very disappointing visit today and it wasn't even busy so why weren't 2 personal pans available as ordered. Do better!!!
