PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS REGARDING THE BOUNCERS BEING UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️‼️‼️‼️ When I walked in, the bouncers were making derogatory comments about my sister’s body even after being asked to stop.It would be wise to have some type of meeting with the male staff. Your establishment will continue to go downhill if you want females to come, but the reviews of the males on staff are continually negative.JASMINE (bartender) is literally the ONLY reason why I would come back to this establishment. She is beautiful, attentive, and the drinks and hookah were good and brought out in a timely manner.Other than the bouncers, it wasn’t a bad experience. The music was good and it wasn’t overly crowded. If there was a way to avoid the bouncers, I would return.

I saw this place on google and thought i would stop by. I stayed the weekend in Charleston and wanted to find a cool spot to watch the game, get food, and smoke some hookah. This place checked all boxes! I definitely met some great people here and the service was outstanding.

This place is horrible. Very small tight space and they’re asking for 50 to a 100 at the door? There’s no celebrities that come here so yeah right. This venue is not even big enough to hold many people so they must be just trying to profit. Music can be good but there are better places to go where you’ll get your moneys worth.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Purse was stolen, after trying to solve the situation without conflict, the manager/owner became belligerent and very HOSTILE!! Trying to solve the problem on our own we asked the security guard for more HELP or even information on the previous people to walk out and pointless to say that was…USELESS…he gave more interaction during the pat down!! No one in management or the owner wanted to reach out to proper authorities but the security guard wanna be TOP FLIGHT SECURITY once the police arrived. Needless to say will not PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!! P.S. how do y’all have a VIP area and it’s next to the bathrooms and the kitchen???
I thought the music was good but the roaches thought it was popping. Hookah girl named I think Maya has a bad attitude and awful customer service (needs more/better training), I asked if we could get another hookah because ours was not pulling and she ignored me, I had to ask three times before we were given another one, which was dirty and smelt weird. You can tell that Hookahs are not being taken care of. I saw others that were dingy and not cleaned properly. I have been to some pretty nice hookah lounges but this one is just pathetic. Oh and the bathroom will give you the Heebie-Jeebiess. I can not explain how nasty it smells in there. Smells like they wiped down the bathroom with a dirty moldy rag and then left it there to marinate. Gross. Will not be Going back!

Watched security illegally search (grope) woman after woman. Blew my mind being in the security industry seeing how disgusting and unprofessional the guys at the door were. will not be back and definitely won’t recommend to any ladies i know.
