My mom and I just enjoyed lunch at the Summerville, SC location. David was our server. The first serving of soup came out lukewarm but David was more than accommodating and brought us out some delicious and hot broccoli cheddar soup. It was fantastic! He is an exceptional server who knows what good customer service is! Give him a raise; we will be back!

Arrived at about 0700PM Saturday 4/6. We were seated promptly. Then we sat there for 30 minutes and the waitress completely ignored us. Never asked to take a beverage order, less long a food order. My wife caught her eye twice, the waitress just walked by. I caught the eye of the gentleman who seated us, raised my hands and shrugged to convey what was going on? Meanwhile, a couple came in about 15 minutes after we did, was seated immediately in the next booth, was served promptly and got their food, but the so called waitress continued to completely ignore us. Don't know if it was just incompetence, or she did want to serve white people, but I thought it to be very odd that the couple who came in after us were Black, as was the waitress. After 30 minutes of being completely ignored, we got and left. We usually eat here about twice a month, but the restaurant seems to have seriously dropped off in the quality if food at times, and now no service at all. I will certainly think twice about going back.

In all honesty, I hate this place…. My dad insisted on taking me and my mother here and it was so terrible. We walked in to no service, a lady from the salad area had to get us seated. The lady serving us was the only waitress there and had a terrible attitude. The only good thing about the experience was one of the cooks who was singing a song and made a funny comment. Other than that everything was absolutely terrible. We got no refills and also seen a WORKER grab a straw and take a sip out of an alcohol bottle. You owners make the comment you’re going to make the experience better for customers but haven’t. I’m very disappointed..

Why at 4:00 in the evening is there only 1 waitress running around like a chicken with her head chopped off? Granite, there were about 10 other people in there. After 10 minutes of us waiting to be seated... someone from the back seated us and took our drink order. When the waitress finally made it to our table, she seemed to have a attitude which of course, we ignored. We get our food... My daughters food was not the way she ordered it, and neither was ours. They took my daughters back and remade it. When she tried to eat it, it literally was falling all over the place, and she had to eat it with a fork(Philly Cheesesteak). We were literally in this location for an hour and a half at least, and not once did we get a refill on our drinks. We are very good tippers when it comes to dining out, but I'm sorry I couldn't leave a nice tip for the experience we had. They seriously need help in this location.

We ordered take out last night. Said would be ready at 7:20. Was not ready until 8. Place was empty. Got back to our room and half order was missing. Food was cold. Funnel cake sundae, funnel cake was hard as rock, no sundae!Not sure how they are still open.
