I want to say first, the girl at front with green hair was very nice.This place is just kind of sad; no energy. Unfortunately I didn’t eat all of my food. The helping size is well portioned but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Steak was overcooked - that might be your jam though - and the chicken was one of the weirdest textures I’ve experienced. It was so off, I didn’t eat it. Eating out should be an enjoyable experience, good energy, it’s a vibe. This was not.

SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH/FOOD INSPECTOR TO COME SEE THIS PLACE AND SHUT IT DOWNNNNN!!!! First and last time eating here. Do not go here they eat over your prepared food. Seen it myself! Very Unsanitary. No gloves are worn but they are touching their nose and stuff while handling food. I seen some workers in the back scooping from what it looks like yum yum sauce from a bucket into a sauce dispenser and then wiping off the sides with their bare hands. When they noticed me looking back there they got out of sight. I am so mad, I should’ve just went to my first choice for food. & now I see I have to look at reviews for real before going into places because ain’t no way…

I am only giving this a 1 star because I have to give it one. I actually ordered my food from uber eats and always order the ribeye hibachi plate from the other location in Summerville (which is ALWAYS very good). I recieved my food and got cold overcooked flavorless steak that was not ribeye. I contacted the store and spoke with the "owner" Sandy whom argued with me saying they gave me a ribeye. She then advised me to bring the food back and she will remake it however they were closing and that defeated the whole reason of ordering uber eats. She was not pleasant to deal with and should have not been so argumentative with a customer. Needless to say I will not be ordering from the location again. Save your time and money and order from the Old Trolley location.The food was aweful. Oh and the rice was crispy and also flavorless like the steak... Extremely disappointing!!

First visit and was very impressed! We ordered the steak shrimp and rice bowls . Yes it was a small mix up and received chicken instead . The staff was very apologetic and quickly remade them. It was handled very professionally! They kept apologizing because of the day they was having etc… but no need because everyone has days nothing goes right ! It wasn’t a big deal , people make mistakes all the time it’s how you handle it that is most important! Some are quick to give this place little to no stars for one mishap but fail to realize we are all human ! I would give them 10 stars if I had the option and will be back! Their food was great and the service was excellent!!!!!Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was family friendly

They looked in my eyes and said the sauce was in the bag and i get home and see its not. Also the steak is as dry as the Sahara and it took 30 minutes after arrival to receive my food when i ordered ahead. Don't come here.
Great service at the end of the night! Joni was super friendly and not put out for us showing up just before closing. Service was quick too.

Of course steak and rice went very well together, but the steak was to well cooked (chewy but still had flavor.) The shrimp was okay just basic and lastly the white sauce was tasty as he'll.

I ordered 3 items. A large chicken bowl, side of onions/zucchini, and dumplings. I did not get the vegetables and didn't realize until I got home. It's very irritating that I paid for and didn't get 1/3 of my order.
