7:45AM and the doors are locked with people inside, no customers. Both door and Google say 7:00AM open. No one even tried to open the door, just stared in my direction. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be.

The 3 guys I seen working tonight were great! Welcomed us as we came in and suggested smoothies when my husband had a hard time choosing. They were all friendly and attentive. Great people and great smoothies!

Specifically asked for no sugar on multiple occasions, smoothies still made with sugar.. Last few trips smoothies had texture of water and nuts and greens were not blended well. Asked for owner to call me because I’m sure he would want to know what his employees aren’t doing when he isn’t around left my telephone number and name and there has been no call back. I won’t be returning I’ll drive a little further for better service

The young guys working in here are always so pleasant. So full of smiles and helpful. I have even come to know a few of them by name. Thank you Kyle, Keshawn and Jacob for making my smoothies just right and for your cheerfulness even when you are slam busy. I'd like to see dates used instead of turbinado. I do not want to add sugar to my smoothies. That is my only complaint.

I sat here for over half an hour at the pick up window. I first was given the wrong smoothie then encountered three different workers asking what smoothies did I order. After over an half hour wait I still received the wrong smoothie. This is by far the worst customer service for simply ordering a smoothie.

This place is great! The smoothies are delicious i normally get strawberry banana ones but, i will definitely get a different one soon because i'd like to try a new one. the service is good they get the food to you quickly! most of the time i go thru the drive-thru, but i've gone inside a couple of times and it's a very nice place!

this is a lovely place if you want one of them smoothies!!! i am obsessed with their kale and broccoli + the extra coco powder add in! its so good and the busnSUS is extremely great if you are on a diet, or just starving yourself!! i have mainly positive things about this business. The one time that I did have a negative experience was because someone was built in my smoothie or something because it was going down and it was just outright nasty. The second time I had a negative experience was with my straw had snapped in half. I think that I was given a defective straw or something because when they hand me the straw I thought it looked normal except for the fact that it was NOT in the wrapping and it had snapped in half while i was stirring my my smoothie. I was devastated because I couldn't drink my smoothie until I got home by the time i got home it was melted. besides from that, I think that this is extremely well known and should get a five star review. However, there is a large number of Molly kid who might come near the business and makes me feel extremely satisfied so they get a three.. THANKS SMOOTIE KINGS!!!!!
