I've visited this location a couple times and it's literally hit or miss. Sometimes my drink is pretty good, other times it seems to lack the espresso or coffee taste that I enjoy and basically tastes like steamed milk with a hint of espresso. I pay extra every time to add an additional espresso shot however it's still not strong enough. The past two times I’ve gotten a pumpkin chai, it has tasted like pumpkin for 1/4 of the drink and the rest has tasted like straight milk. It’s frustrating because it’s a $7 dollar drink… it shouldn’t taste like iced milk.

Tatyanna was amazing as she was running the store by herself. You'd think she's been doing this her whole life by how easy she makes it look, all while also carrying on conversations with her customers. On top of that, the coffee tastes amazing! She definitely deserves recognition & a raise!!
