It is a very busy store the workers are nice and always love my coffee. The only complaint that I have is they are always sold out of specialty items /sandwiches. Tried to get a new drink and they don't have the ingredients. They just need to order more for how busy they are.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches an a trenti refresher they placed the food in the bag with the drink nothing covering the hole the drink spilled an ruined almost 30 worth of service called they said I had to take it up with Uber eats Starbucks make sure drinks are secure so food an drinks are protected throughout transport if you are going to participate in food delivery services

The last few times I have tried to get a drink it has taken 20+ minutes for one drink . I waited for 15 today and still wasn’t ready so I just left . The time before I waited 25 minutes for tea. DUNKIN may not be as good but at least they are much quicker !

Just waited 27 minutes for a tea. 27 minutes. They need to clearly adjust some things here, waiting nearly half an hour for a drink is an issue.

Being perfectly honest here, this store is my go to location, but I find myself heading to the University Starbucks more often than not. Location is often out of goods (mocha, flavors, cake pops, etc.) and order ahead is often not working. Will echo what others have said, goods listed as out of stock through the app are available at store.It's time for an alternative location nearby or a shakeup at this store.

Welp, that’s all folks!! You can thank every employee who worked here and their even worse management. This store underperformed so badly and the employees were so horrible that corporate has decided to shut this store down. Too many negative reviews and comments along with the horrible attitudes of the workers has gotten this place shut down. Forget about attempting to hire new management or hiring new employees! Corporate has deemed this store a failure and has pulled the plug on this store. That’s so pathetic that corporate Starbucks allowed these horrible employees and management run this place into the ground.

I've always liked this location but the past few times the drinks have been absolutely awful. Back in October my uncle said that not only did he get the wrong drink, but it was cold and he waited over 20 minutes. I laughed and said it must have been a one-off thing, but unfortunately I have come to find out that he wasn't kidding. I got a latte last week that was so hot I couldn't drink it for the first 5 minutes- which is not how a latte should be. I tried a almond milk honey flat white and it tasted like they mixed the honey with water and put in outdated almond milk. Today I tried a flat white and it's by far the worst flat white I've ever had anywhere. It had a chalky consistency in the taste that you would get from coffee that's been sitting in an urn at the gas station for hours. The baristas either need to learn how to pull shots correctly or not let the shots sit so long.The staff is still overall friendly and the store stays clean, but between the wait times ranging from 5 minutes to 20 plus, and the inconsistent coffees, I can't recommend this location to anyone

This Starbucks can't keep items on their menu in stock. They run out of food, they don't have syrups needed for the coffee etc...

I ordered a cup of coffee and a slice of lemon cake. They didn't have any coffee made and wouldn't refund my money. So I'm out $8.50. It's unbelievable that a coffee place doesn't have coffee made.

By far my worst Starbucks experience ever. 25 minute wait in the drive-thru and they were out of stock with a lot of items including the basics like mocha and peppermint. The staff seemed too laid back and not caring about anything but their conversation between each other.
