When I arrived, two young male employees were outside chatting. One of the scratched his hair before going inside. Once inside he put on gloves. I asked if he washed his hands because they were just outside. He proceeded to wash his hands. They were not friendly. He haphazardly threw my toppings on my salad. Apparently he did not like me asking about handwashing. There was no thousand island dressing. I will not return or recommend.

I went last night to order two foot long meals , they charged me 32$ and didn’t give me my receipt , I didn’t realize that until I got home . I’m trying to figure what I’m being charged 15$ For each sub and 18$ for drinks and chips . Then I check the reviews and I see someone went in 11 hours b4 me and they charged them double for everything so I’m assuming that happened to me also but they didn’t give me a receipt. Not to mention there subs were terrible they put one thin slice of Turkey across the whole sandwich and the bread was stale .Don’t order form here unless you want a mediocre sandwich for double the price . !

This indian guy just stole from me. I confronted him and he lied on my face. He is not even clear when he talks i couldnt understand. And don't worry about bringing any coupon or offers...they won't take it but offer you a 20% that he won't apply anyways. Charge me twice for cookies, chips and drinks. Never coming back again.

I know that the forte is long baguett-style bread but due to the quality of its meats and accessories, adding artisan-style hamburgers would be the best, not like Burger King or Wendis, but it would be great and interesting, maybe it works since its quality is premium for life

The food and service are good. The main problem is their coupon and app deal policy which is obviously chasing potential customers away plus they also charge for tips for ordering online the last time I used it. Oh well there always Jersey Mike's and Firehouse to go to anymore

I walked in at 9:32pm the girl said that they are closed. The sign on the door and google says 10pm. I asked did they close early she said they close at 9:30pm. Perhaps the signs on the door and google need to be updated so customers are aware of store hours.

Ordered a sub online, first time doing it online. Not realizing that when you choose your sub they have preselected toppings that I need to un-click. Picked my sub up, got back to work, and this sub had everything on it plus what I did want on it. I obviously did not realize Subway preselected items for me, my fault. But it was how the person I talked to when I called confused why all this stuff was on my sub, the way he talked to me was so rude and uncalled for. My job requires allot of customer service, and he was totally unprofessional! And RUDE!

So my sandwiches were almost all bread. Subway and many other restaurants are getting greedy. My subway club had four very skinny cuts of meat. One of the cuts was not even a hole piece.Shame on Subway for putting their money ahead of they're customers food quality.I worked for Subway years ago.We put food on scales in the 90sBut the amount of meat on your sandwich has changed over the years.I'm seeing corporate greed!!!And they hire young people who just don't care!

Sandwiches were mediocre at best. Tried to use a coupon. They said they don't accept coupons. What a coincidence, I've heard from other people that no subway is honoring coupons that have been posted. Went to Firehouse Subs which service, food and atmosphere is much

Not all Subways are created equal! Had to get something quick to drop off to a friend and this store is located across from the neighborhood. If you are lucky, Mason will be working the counter and he will create the freshest sandwich dressed exactly how you want it! The store is clean, the ingredients look (and taste) fresh--even at 7:30pm (no wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes or limp onions!). Mason is the type of worker who is happy doing what he is doing--making sandwiches and serving customers. This is such a rare thing, especially in the food industry--so many employees are merely going through the motions in order to get a paycheck, but you can tell Mason is happy, satisfied, and proud to be working. It may not be his "dream job", but he's giving it 100 percent. I hope his employers take note and recognize that he is a keeper!
