I don’t know why I continue to put myself through the same torture! Yall never get the order right! If I order a number 7 with steak why do I always get chicken! It’s the most frustrating thing! I keep giving yall a chance bc you’re the closest Taco Bell, but not any more! Do better!

Placed a $45 order online for drive through pickup this afternoon. The worker at the window was polite and professional. Unfortunately, a $6 item was missing and three orders of cinnamon crisps were inedible due to the horrible taste of rancid oil.Vegetarian options: Nearly all items can be customized to remove meat and substitute beans.

actually none of them in the kitchen can read apparently because everytime i order a crunch wrap with black beans and no beef i almost exclusively get beef and it’s like you’re doing it on purposeVegetarian options: they never bother to check orders

went to get a slushie we asked if the slushy machine was working, a woman in the background told the boy to say no and he did meaning he knew they were working. honestly if your that lazy just quit the job! my thirst is not a joke.
I come to this Taco Bell so much I am a regular and our food always taste just right and as well always exactly like we order well i don’t know what idiots that work at this Taco Bell on this night of this review but they shouldn’t work there I come back because the whole order was wrong and left out something as well the tacos tasted awful whoever cooked them and I asked them if my food could please be recooked or something to be done and the girl at the drive through looked lost and then a boy comes to the window and ask well how should a taco taste? Like a decent cooked taco should taste from there that I always get and that’s not how you approach a customer anyway I didn’t want to say something nasty so I drove off do better because I’ve never had this problem at this Taco Bell location ever they obviously work there for a reason and it shows

I have ordered 2 orders for me and my family. The girl that was taking my order on 1/13/24 at 12:26am kept on interupting me, getting a attitude with me, the entire reasteuant was acting unprofessional. I ordered 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos with extra cheese and instead I got NO CHEESE what so ever on both burritos. I asked to talk to the manager and I get laughed at for having a speech impediment. I told the manager that was working what was going on and she laughed at me as well, All she wanted to do was say that it was a teenager taking my order with no appology or anything. The reastraunt was verry messy as well with lids to cups all over the floor
Drive thru wait was too long. The end product result was the bottom of the tacos were soggy.
