It was hot! It was smelly! The pink lemonade does not taste like pink lemonade and it was ORANGE They are so expensive. The Icecream melted from the heat before we left the store and when was the last time they payed the light bill? It was burning hot in here. My frozen yogurt melted before I got out the store. It smelt very bad and the machine kept going after I let go. The hot fudge was chunky. CHUNKY. 0/10 don’t recommend. The Tcby more like tcwy. It was terrible. And to make it even better it was very pricey and DARK. When was the last time the light bill was paid. Summerville SC. will be going to marble slab next time

TCBY is the best yogurt in the world since it was introduced 40 or so years ago. This is one of the few locations left, and they have a great selection of fantastic testing yogurts. Very expensive, but worth it. Hats off to the owners for keeping it open. Somewhat improved overall in the past year.

So haven't been in a while and was in the area . I fixed my own yogurt and wasn't going to leave a tip as a cup was 14.00. But my bill was 19.34 as he took it upon himself to add a 3.48 tip to ring me up . Won't visit this location again . Make sure you get your receipt . 20.00 for a cup of yogurt . Visited 9/723

It would be great if the employee(s) working in the store could answer the phone. I wanted to check the flavors currently offered before driving to the store and after 3 tries, just decided to drive there. Upon arriving the one teenager? working was sitting in a chair playing on her phone.
Very disatisfied that they didn't have fresh fruit. The whole idea with the frozen yogurt concept i thought was supposed to be healthy. I want fresh fruit for my extremely overpriced frozen yogurt .

I used to love this place, other than always being out of 3-4 flavors every visit. BUT today I go in with my family of 4 like I always have to congratulate my kids for passing grades, get the same thing we always do, they loved this place too (given it’s been about a year since we last visited TCBY) when we were ready to pay for what used to cost $30-$40…. The total was $72!!!!!!!!! WHAT?!?? on FROZEN YOGURT! I was then informed it now cost .89 per OZ!!!!!! I literally couldn’t believe it! I still can’t wrap my head around me spending that much on 4 cups of frozen yogurt!!! I’m honestly appalled. I could have bought 10 quarts of bluebell that would have lasted 3 months for that price! Not to mention the price isn’t posted anywhere. We won’t be back. Greed will drive this place to the ground.

Great place to cool off on a hot day! Their sorbet flavors are the best, they're so refreshing. I get what some people are saying about it being pricy, but that's only if you fill your cup up.
