Food was unimpressive and bland. When I go to get BBQ, I expect more than 3 meat options, especially when one of them is a bratwurst.

Yall sleepin on this restaurant. This is the closest to a home cooked good old southern meal I’ve found in the area. The collards are amazing, the sauces are incredible and plenty to choose from. Some goooood food

My husband got the pulled pork sandwich and loved the sriracha sauce. My menu item was "hog on a log" which was excellent pulled pork on fries. They were out of a lot of items when we went (near closing) but the food we had was great and the service was super friendly.

I went with some friends today and it truly was a disappointment. I ordered Nachos and they came smothered in salty canned cheese and stale chips. I did not and could not eat it. I said something to the waitresses and she said she would bring manager. The manager refused to speak to me. Because I was with friends I didn't want to create a fuss. They charged me full price. I don't recommend

We just discovered this little gem in downtown Summerville! We’ve been looking for good BBQ around here and have finally found a great spot. The service is always great, Linda the owner always checks in to make sure everything is good. You must try the Jack’s Sweet Tea, they brought us a free sample and I could drink a gallon of it easy. The Sweet Tea Sauce is so good. And the Hog on a Log is delicious. This will be one of our go to spots from now on!

What a pleasant little BBQ place. Our waitress (the tall dark haired madam) was so sweet and polite. The younger girl with the cute freckles, was so friendly while getting us seated. The food was hot and full of flavor. Personally, I loved all the sauces. One drawback is they are all mustard based. My wife doesn't like any mustard based sauces. So she had to get some Sweet Baby Ray's from the back. Haha. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere.

The meat itself was moist and had good amount of seasoning on the ribs and pulled pork. The restaurant is adorable and the staff were super friendly. Potato salad was delicious. The reason why I'm giving a 3 star rating is because of the bbq sauces. The mustard based bbq sauces were decent, and the vinegar was just okay. I was really hoping for some smoky bbq sauce that would have really taken the bbq to the next level.

These folks know what they’re doing. Family run and operated, this is the real deal BBQ. Very kind and inviting staff. I got a tour of the smokers and a run down on the operations. The meats are delicious, and the sauce is 10/10! I’m a huge fan of East Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce. The “zesty vinegar sauce”, they make is the most authentic, best of its kind, I’ve ever had. I hope they figure out how to mass produce it, and ship around the country. This is liquid gold! I also read through some of these reviews, and I feel like I have to point out how much this family cares and takes responsibility for what they offer. Anyone who started a restaurant a month into the pandemic and is thriving while dealing with all the hiring issues, and inflation, deserves credit where credit is due. Its not only due, but earned here!

Appetizer fries and shredded fork was nice, a little short on the pork, plenty of nacho cheese and a chance to try one of five or six sauces. Downhill from there. Big beans were served in paper bowl usually holding french fries. Wasn't long before the heat the sauce had the walls of the bowl collapsing contents onto the table. Luckily the ribs came in the large paper bowl and held most of the contents back. Tomatoes and cucumbers were covered in some tasteless white sauce. Cole slaw is Best forgotten. Nothing like a half rack of ribs arriving hole with only a butter knife to separate them. We tried cutting them but we're really hesitant about ripping them apart with our hands. Astra real nice and the chef came out and when he was told it would've been better to have them sliced in the kitchen he made a snarky remark. What can I say? First time. Last time.

This is the sweetest and cutest barbecue restaurant in Summerville! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the barbecue is exactly what you would help for from a southern family style restaurant!I’ve never tried their catering, but saw they had it. Will give that a try Next.Saturday afternoon/evenings is live music and right in the middle of downtown Summerville makes for easy access and a comfortable sweet environment.

Great food, atmosphere, and service. My food had good flavor and no fat as well. The banana pudding was delicious!

First, this review indirectly involves an unrelated restaurant. Late last year, my Dad--who had dementia--had to be placed in a home. After being his caregiver for over a year, I was able to get out of the house and eat somewhere outside of a 3 mile radius of our home for the first time in over a year. I ate at a place called This Little Piggy. The food there was decent, but what really has stayed with me was the late teens/early twenties hostess. Her name is Gracie She made a couple of comments which lead to me telling her about Dad being in a home. Side note: that was all in October or November of 2021. All that said, here's the amazing part: In early 2022, on the way home from my nightshift job, I stopped at CFA on Dorchester Rd for breakfast. Turns out that Gracie now works at this CFA. She recognized me, remembered my story about my Dad, and asked about him. Sad to say, but I let her know that since the conversation at the first restaurant, Dad has passed away. Gracie was so sweet, and expressed her condolences. You must understand what her asking meant to me. I am tearing up a little thinking about Dad, but that's OK. I've since made a 2nd visit--I live in North Charleston so it's not always easy to get to S'ville, and shared this story with the staff. They really seem to miss her. Please, continue to hire people like her. Thank you, Roger Redford.

One of the best places in Summerville!! Food is always delicious, service is excellent (Ms. Regina is AMAZING!!) and the outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful SC weather. Highly recommend This Little Piggy to everyone looking for good food and a great atmosphere!

Regina was awesome! Food was really good and I am not a BBQ fan so that should say a lot. Lots of sauces to try and the pulled pork was delicious!
