This Wendy’s is connected to the truck stop and is pretty clean. The cashier was friendly and my food was hot and fresh. The baconater and fries are very good and my strawberry lemonade was very sweet and cold. Overall I have no complaints this is a great Wendy’s.

I've visited this location numerous times, had a few mishaps in the past but today was Def different.The food was great and the whole team seemed to working diligently and in accordance with each other even tho they were pretty busy and stayed steady while I was dining in. Amaya, Patience and Moe, were very friendly sealing the deal, Thanks yall and everyone.

Ordered a $6 Biggie Bag & a $5 Biggie Bag. One had a sub for bacon cheese potato, but only got cheesy potato. I only received 3 spicy nuggets...... Received no receipt :( Have images, but won't let me attach.

We added a couple of meals. Mine was the #7, Big Bacon Classic. I ordered it with no cheese. We received our cups after paying and they had 2 soda machines, one was completely out of ice. Flies flying all around the ketchup, out of napkins, dirty tables and floors, we got our food and opened the wrapper to my sandwich and, tah dah, cheese. LOL. Politely said we had order with no cheese and they remade it, but with lots of mayo and ketchup, very messy. Needless to say, we will not return. We were just hungry and not many food options in the area.

I guess it's like everything else. They're so interested in making money that the interest in their food has dropped. They're interesting in their customer service has also dropped. The long lines are unbelievable in the drive through. It's amazing how our country has changed for the worst in the last few years.Parking: Very difficult to get into the parking lot. Because the drive through line was wrapped all the way around.The food is not worth waiting for they could not even wrap the food that we ordered correctly. 1 day order was wrong, they did not. Really care about replacing the order. Just the one particular thing which ruined the whole meal. Because the one particular thing was 1 person's meal when we ordered several kind of ruined your evening when you're taking food back to 4 or 5 people. And someone food. It's not there and another's is wrong. It was as if we have part of our order and part of someone els's order. And lately we feel that this is the norm. You need to check your food before you leave the drive through and people behind. You will get mad. Why you're checking your food. Not worth the headache !!!

took forever to take my order, due to the fact that the guy ordering in front of me had to go get his money from his car. dude left and instead of closing his order out or saving it. she looked at me and said I cant help you till he gets back (I was fine with it at first thought he'd be back in like a few minutes) finally after 15 minutes she comes over and takes my order. by this time there's 5 people behind me. anyways after I ordered I did get my food pretty fast so that's a plus. but once I got home I noticed she charged me for Jr Bacon cheeseburger i didn't order on top of the baconator combo I ordered. I wont have been so annoyed with that if they actually included it in the bag....
Apparently just because the menu says potato with sour cream and chives they only mean a potato with chives. Third time in as many weeks I order a sour cream and chives potato but don't get any sour cream much less butter. Then what exactly am I paying for?

The $5 biggie bag has the flattest patty I've ever seen never really noticed until I sat down in there and ate. The toppings make the sandwich look bigger than it is. The service was not that long of a wait. The chilli was good. The store was kind of loud it is a truck stop. The young lady was spraying the tables on the side and behind my table where I was eating I thought that was rude but she look to be young and need correction from management about that while customers are eating. Other than that I enjoyed my time and food.

This establishment is not open 24 hours a day, placed an ordered @1:40 am via mobile device, when I arrived to pick it up @2:09 they stated they were closed and I had to return the next day to receive my food. They would not issue a refund and slammed the window in my my face.
