Fries slightly warm, paid extra for a large drink with no ice. But my drink was wrong. When I told them , they didn't even offer to make it right... This was in the drive thru....Young lady outside taking my order was wonderful, she had my order right.Maybe the person making the drinks can't read.

Service and food delicious. However, zaxbys has gone down a notch on their chicken pieces. The size used to be big and juicy and now small and juicy.I would like to add that Management needs to fix the ladies bathroom doors. They have been broken for well over a year!

Zaxbys at this location used to have the family meal however they no longer do. The prices are astronomical. For a family of five your going to spend $90-100 easy.The food is always good.The service every time has not been satisfactory. I know customer service is hard but still speaking rude, rushing, not wanting to answer questions, very frustrated with customers has been our experience every time we have gone.

It’s alright, I have had ok experiences here. The lines are always long because they are always really busy. The food comes out rushed due to the lines but still good just have had better at other locations. The worst situation I experienced there was they started closing early on customers. The sign said closed at 8 and we pulled in the drive through at 7:30 and they said they were not taking any more customers even though they had just let a car go right before us.

Took Mom here for a kid's meal when we were out shopping... The staff was so nice to her and she loved that her tiny meal (perfect size for an 80 year old woman) came with cookies. Made my day!

start wearing hair nets so my kid doesn’t have to eat y’all’s hair in his food. other than that your cashiers get 5 stars because they’re always polite and well spoken over the speakersEdit to add-Decided to try and eat MY meal with the benefit of the doubt after having to make something else for my son, 3 bites into my sandwich and another hair, same type of hair, was in my sandwich. This is actually disgusting, whoever is shedding like a dog in the kitchen needs to get a haircut. Hairnets should be MANDATORY. I spent over $50 on food not the chefs special on short brown wavy hair.
