Well I have never gotten a bad order but I did today , service to busy talking out the window drive thur instead of taking order three tomes I told her , fries not done and cold and veg rolls soggy like they were put in microwave.

Oh zaxbys, where do I start.... first of all it was a Sunday at 730pm there was no one eating in the lounge and only one car ahead of me that was pulling off with their food as I pulled in. The girl working the window was notably irritated in her tone through the speaker. When I got to the windows and was given my drink it was 3/4 of the way full and there were remmenants of melting ice. The girl was so very rude to me. So had such an aggressive manner that i was literally too scared to ask her for a fresh drink that i was already paying for. I kept a respectful tone through all this although I was already regretting coming here. The girl complained about how stressed out she was as she closed the window. And I get it. Maybe she was having a bad night or maybe she just didn't feel very good right then. We're human. But the reflection it put on me definitely solidifies that i will NOT come back to this zaxbys. I ended up asking the man who handed me my food if he could fill the cup up. He did... but he didn't even put ice in it. So I got room temperature sweet tea. I mean getting ice in my drink shouldn't be to much to ask for a paying costumer....The food was not fresh. It was warm but not hot. The texture of the chicken batter was not crispy more so been sitting there for 15mins. I used to work at zaxbys a few years ago, and i know how almost everything is prepared and cooked on that menu. It was a slow night, from what i could seee they had a full crew. There was absolutely no reason for this kind of service. I borderline almost want to contact the owner but I'm gonna let this one fizzle out. Locations like this one go out of business after a while because of these kinds of experiences. I live 6 minutes from this location, I could me a returning customer.And from seeing alot of these reviews... unless they make a major change in management I don't forsee this one lasting much longer.

I ordered a 10 piece bbq boneless wings and this is what I got.... whoever they have making the wings, doing quality control, and managing the folks that do this nonsense need to go. How is this even acceptable? Didn't even give us the sauces that come with the food. You just put it in the bag....

I was the only person in the drive through, and they told me to pull around to wait for my food, then they managed to still forget my fries even after charging me 20 bucks. For two sandwiches. Ive been going to this zaxbys for a few years now, and i dont think i will be going back.

Two stars because the food is good. People not so much. You would think that they would keep their inventory of famous sauces fully stocked.At the drive through the next day they tried to charge me the small brink price for a cup of water we got for free inside the day before. Like I said, the food is good!

Made a curbside order, they said come an hour after, we showed up at the time they told us to come, they gave us attitude, the food was cold, and the workers were very rude and they didn’t bring our order to the car, we had to go in to get it. We spent 70$ on our food and it’s horrible. 1/10 ?

Ordered 10 Buff fingers, along had to wait 15-20 min to get them because they were short staffed. Really need new management, the order I got was 10 buff fingers in Buffalo sauce big difference between tounge torch and Buffalo sauce.

Walked at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Literally noone else in line, and no cars in the drive-thru. The young lady at the register says whatever we order, it's going to be a longer wait because there was only one guy in the kitchen. I get it, a lot of people are short-handed these days. But that sounds a little off, since there were 3 other ladies standing there watching the fourth girl put our order in. I figure maybe somebody could go in the back and help cook if you're short-handed?

Very nice place,kind/quick employees,nice atmosphere,only problem was I asked for no cheese(bcs. i'm lactose intolerant)they still put cheese on the burger(giving the impression all their burgers are pre-made and you can't change anything about how it's cooked,due to it only being heated up)
