They gave me the ends of tomato with stems on it with my gyro! Sumter needs real ppl who care about their business not kids running the place!!Don't need 1 star...

I mo ed to this area almost 3 yrs ago- My pup Charley-Rachel was 6weeks old and I took her on rides including Arbys- They saw my pup in training and offered a pup cup- Just a lil of icecream/shake- Every since, I make sure to buy my pup some shake or fries ?- She smells when we're Arbys and she gets really happy to know she is about to be rewarded- Charley-rachel is about 2 and 1/2 years now and is an "Arbys pup" - This is her Arby's and the staff have been food to us-Meals may not always be right but we look forward to going-Thank you Arbys for being a joyous entity in our lives.
Delicious! I love this Arby's!! It has the best food of all I have tried. Friendly service. Love the shakes! It is always busy. We need another Arby's out here on Hwy 15 South, it would make a lot of money cause of all the people that live out here & the industrial park located out here.

I had a really good experience tonight through the drive through. There was no wait at the speaker. The line moved a little slow but that's okay! They did get my order wrong but.. they fixed it in less than a minute! They were very kind and I enjoyed my dinner. Thank you for the service tonight.
