I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I pulled off and left. No orders were being taken just me and two cars in front me were just sitting there. Terrible for FAST food…..

Surprisingly all was good. Food freshly made. Hot fries. The little chocolate pie was the ‘bomb diggity.’ No complaints at all about this location.

I honestly wish I could leave a good review, but unfortunately after repeat visits and problems every single time, I have to leave a one-star review. On every visit, either the customer service has been terrible, I've been told to "pull up" and wait for my order (which are never large), or they have gotten my order completely wrong. Not only do I not recommend this restaurant, but I say STAY. AWAY.

A late weekday morning visit. Generally good experience in restaurant. Dutiful cashier, clean and quiet atmosphere. The only problem is the restaurant does not serve hot drinks in late fall/winter season.

It says they close at 12am but every night they’re closed by 11pm. They need to post the correct hours online.

Twice I have ordered the bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich from this store, and both times they have left out the bacon. How do you forgot the first item listed in the name of the sandwich?

My husband and I don't eat out much, but when we do, we expect excellent food and service. I came through drive thru and after paying for my food (4:17), got to the next window and the young lady asked me to pull up .. ok, no biggie. Next thing I know, it's after 4:30. Once the food came out, I had to remind them that I didn't get my drinks. Ok, now I'm waiting on drinks. The drinks came out and I have to tell the lady the sprite is supposed to be Large. That the spicy chicken fries meal was a large. So I let the young lady know and she said ok, I'll go back and get it. I then check the bag only to see that the fries aren't large either. So now I pull my receipt back out only to see that the meal wasn't a large although I ordered a large for that particular meal. So I end up just leaving as I was already pressed for time considering the fact that I had already been waiting for almost 20 minutes. As I'm leaving Burger King I reach in the bag and the fries are luke warm. If that wasn't enough, I return home to give my husband his spicy chicken fries and low and behold... the fries aren't even spicy. This just reminds me that we should continue to eat at home.
