This place just needs to go ahead and close. I’d give it 0 stars if I cld. The only car at the drive thru and we sat there for all of 10 min just to receive cold food. The corn looks nibbled on already. And these hush puppies need to be used as weapons!! Called the store just to be told to bring it back for hot food!! Huh?! On who’s gas? Comp me the next visit, simple. Bring back what?! So you can throw it out and cook me fresh food? At least my cats and dog enjoyed it!!

I went about 8:00 pm to get a giant fish sandwich. When I got home I noticed it was only one piece of fish n one large pc of crust.. the manager who worked the window is ALWAYS KIND. n provides excellent

The potato was sitting under a heat lamp where the cheese was hard crusted, the fish was more batter than meat, the batter on the okra was terrible andthestuffed crab cakes was cold. It was all bad. The manager was nice when I called back. I guess being short staffed was the issue. This location was never this bad.

Although the food was good, the customer service was not to be desired. There was no pleasantries whatsoever at no point, and an air deodorizer could gave given the bathroom a better smell.
Not a friendly place to spend your money. Over-priced, small servings coupled with service that leaves much to be desired. Unfriendly and short tempered staff made this experience one I had to relate. Also, opens when they feel like it, and not the times listed.

Today, I have mixed emotions. I always drive across town to this location because the Fish and other fried items are ALWAYS cooked fresh and hot. My experience today was like on Liberty Street extension. My fish was apparently re fried- wilted and the grease was pressed out. My cole slaw was absolutely horrible. I understand that everyday won't be the same but, this can't be compared to the worst. I ordered the 3-piece fish dinner. I won't allow this to be my last time, but thought it should be noted so that it can be corrected.
