As a preface, we've ordered from Ginza many times. Their prices are high, but their food is very good. We've tolerated the high prices, but will no longer jow that they've coupled them with poor customer service. Case in point, we only do delivery. After waiting 15 mins past due for a delivery order, I called only to learn their "delivery was disabled". So, our delivery order was automatically switched to "takeout". Here's a recommendation, if your delivery is "disabled" DON'T accept a delivery order! Switching it over to "takeout" status without notifying the customer is dishonest & deceiving. There are too many good oriental restaurants in Sumter to accept Ginza's high prices AND bad customer service

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Sumter. Service was terrible, we arrived and ordered drinks, appetizers and our meals. It took no less than 20 minutes to get them. We requested dipping sauce for the apps because our server brought her favorite (Louisiana Hot Sauce) and by the time she came back with them, we were done eating. We arrived at 7:10 pm and at 8:35 I asked to cancel our order and pay for drinks and appetizers. Manager said our food was almost ready and it had only been ordered 10 minutes prior. They had a dj playing music and it was so loud, you couldn't hear the person sitting beside you. Server said she was glad we had not came the Saturday prior as the dj and customers got out of control and started fighting. She said customers were throwing drinks at the bar tender and one punched her in the face and that customers were leaving without paying their bills. Customer service was lacking and the manager is rude. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant all together.

Favorite Chinese take out in Sumter always hot and quick. The prices are great can feed six adults under 50$

When they first opened, we were impressed with both the quantity and quality of the food. We were able to experience expert mingling of seasoning, that made for a reasonably priced, flavorful meal. Our most recent visit, left us with no desire to return. The amount of food served did not jive with prices and it was less tasty.

I dropped in here for lunch 5 for 6 years ago. I ordered some beef dish (not fried), and when it arrived I was unable to eat it. I understand many Chinese restaurants use cheap cuts of beef that's heavily marinated in their dishes, but this beef was absolutely disgusting.. The whole dish was cheap, including the soggy wilted broccoli. I took the dish to the young lady at the counter and told her I couldn't eat it. Sumter has numerous poor Chinese restaurants and buffets, but this is hands down the worst.
