My husband and I were the only table without a waitress. The bartender felt so bad for us, he came and took our regular drink order. Then he had to come back and had to take our order....that was never put in. Our appetizer came out and we were satisfied, but after about 30 to 45 minutes of still waiting for our food... we were about to walk out, when our food came in and it was cold. Lots more I can say, but the manager was very rude and dismissive. We are regulars and the manager was always nice, but when his staff messed up so bad tonight, he was just as bad. They told us that they felt bad about our experience and wanted to discount our food.... OMG they gave us 13.50 off of a $80 bill.....huge slap in our face. I will not be back.

Went in and placed my order with Awesome young lady named Amber she gave Fast Courtesy and Professional Service all with a Smile. Burgers were cooked to profession took off a star because not a pickle fan and mine had those and American cheese instead of Swiss will return again it

Sorry to say i’m done with ALL Chili’s. I’ve had bad experiences the last 3 locations including this one. I travel a lot for business, at the end of the day i like to go to the bar order a beer and order a to go dinner, i ask to pay when ordering so i dont wait to pay while my food is getting cold. I’ve had the bartenders ignore this and i can’t get their attn when my food comes and end up with a cold dinner. At another location i get back to my hotel only to not have plastic ware to eat with, ive thrown away meals because the Chili’s was a 20 min. Drive close to my job but not hotel. At this location Sumter i asked for a menu and a beer rec’d the menu and watched as the bartender asked the next 2 people to arrive what they wanted to drink while i couldn’t get his attn. Bar staff needs a lot of training, there seems to be a lack at each location i’ve been to this year. It’s a shame there are a few items on their menu i enjoy when i can get it warm and with utensils to eat it with. As a note in several locations the Chili’s has been surrounded by hotels yet they dont think to include plastic ware to eat your meal with.

I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas the steak was too tough I could not eat it. I had to chew it like a hundred times to break it down so I stopped eating the steak and just ate the shrimp. Other than that the food was

I ordered the crispy tenders combo with street corn and a side salad, it was very tasty. The food came out fast and was fresh, I had the new spicy ranch sauce they had on the menu for dipping, it was good.
