Usually enjoy their food but I just found a staple in my chicken, and they are giving me a hard time about having a refund. It was literally fried into the general Taos. Pulled it right out of my mouth, definitely cut me.

Best chicken and broccoli, chow mei fun, and dumplings I have ever had. Highly recommend.
I went to pick up an online order of wings and rice. When I received the plate, the wings were burned , and one had a black charred looking hole on it. So I asked the gentleman at the counter to replace the chicken because the chicken was burned. He turned to the Asian gentleman in the kitchen who was bagging the orders and told him what I asked. The Asian man looked in the container and said, "What, then said in a nasty manner, give her back her money, I don't have time for this. I had been a patron of this establishment for many years, but they lost customers that day myself, the person I was picking up for. That was very unpleasant and unprofessional!

I ordered the teriyaki sticks. All were uncooked. Rubber. I paid 8.00 for that nasty food. Futher more,those people never smile or ask how you or anything. I'll keep going tonthe one in Bishopville. Those people know how to cook and smile. Thank you sincerely
