This chipotle hardly ever has the vinegarette dressing. Hope are you out of the dressing at 6pm? Then make some more! We put it on our bowls and salads. So when they don’t have it we don’t get anything. How hard is it to keep up with how much you have and make more, or keep track of how many you sell and make more the next day. Out of the last 5 times we have gone there, they had dressing 1 time. That’s unacceptable. Especially when it’s during the dinner rush!!

just straight up disappointing, the last time I was here they forgot my queso, but yet someone gave me chips ? This time I order 2 bowls and a quesadilla. They handed me my food through the drive thru and they forgot my chips and queso, I waited for them to return to the window just for them to tell me that they are out of chips and they only have queso, which is no big deal I got the queso. I get home and open the food, one of the bowls is missing quac (note that’s nearly $3) and my quesadillas just look awful. they weren’t even toasted or even looked cooked they were straight up soggy (I don’t even know how you can manage to do that when you’re supposed to toast it) and all of my sides I ordered with my quesadillas weren’t even there. Overall mcdonald’s can do a better job at making food and that’s saying no something. I complained online and I have free items arriving in my email regarding me experience. It is just sad that they thought it was acceptable to not even bother to give me my queso by assuming I didn’t want it because of the chips (one again queso was also around $3) and that the quesadilla just looked like a soggy burrito shaped like a triangle. I wouldn’t recommend going here especially if you’re paying for extras such as chips or any sort of dip because they’re most likely going to forget it!

Great tasty and something for everyone! Lots of vegetarian options and most everything is gluten free, if you're dairy free just say no to queso cheese and sour cream but all else is fair game ;)Vegetarian options: Veggie or softitas are both vegetarian protein optionsDietary restrictions: Since it's build your own it's easy to opt out of dairy free options without a fuss, and most (if not all?) the options are gluten free

Came in at around 6 to get sofritas they had already ran out, and the employee started they didn't have anymore. But was trying to scrape the container for me. How pitiful is that do better Chipotle Sumter. Every time I come to this location it's something you all are out of. Take notes from florence Sc Chipotle please.

For the 3rd time in a row within the last 7 days they have been out of vinaigrette! I can’t count how many times they were out of it all together. I’ve never seen Chipotle location be out of this item so much then this location! It’s frustrating because the vinaigrette is the main item for my meal!

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. I've been here several times over the past few months and had maybe 2 good experiences. I've debated on going back and figured I'd give them one more chance. Here we are....highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Burnt and old food. Usually I'll eat through it but this is just terrible. So terrible. They don't listen to feedback at the management level as I have voiced this same thing multiple times. And they're already expensive. Look at my steak in the pics. It's like that all the way through. New management is a necessity here. Absolutely trash.

Went by Chipotle in Sumter today to pick up a order I didn't realize they didn't open until 10:45 but the girl at the window was very rude about it n had a terrible attitude just because I got there early to pick up an order that I was told to pick up by 10:20

This is probably one of the worst and most frustrating Chipotle locations I've ever been to. I would say that I'm a Chipotle expert. I've been eating the food for almost 15 years. Never once in those years have I had the restaurant tell me that the chicken was going to take 30 minutes to cook. But its okay. I had the time so I waited. In that time, I watched every employee move as slow as humanly possible while restocking the ingredients, and even worse, I watched them chop and fully restock the chicken in the take-out section while 3 people (myself included) waited for the chicken in the dining area. That was fully baffling to me. Enough so that my wife and I left without even ordering. So two sales were lost, not including who ever walked away after hearing that there was no chicken.This trip was already difficult because the last time I was there they were sold out of lettuce. I asked for a little extra cheese to compensate for the lost lettuce and they told me that extra cheese costs extra $$$. That was news to me! After almost 15 years of going I have NEVER heard that. So, as I was about to online order my food during the chicken shortage visit today, guess what I noticed... that's right, extra cheese is $0 extra cost when ordering through the app.Does Chipotle need to pay these employees more so the customers can have better experiences or do y'all need to retrain the team including managment so this restaurant isn't running out of ingredients in the middle of the day??? Because this is also the most consistantly slow/empty Chipotle I've ever been to so its very confusing why it cannot stay stocked.
