When I'm in the mood for chicken, I only want Church's. You can't go wrong with any side that you decide to get and the sweet tea is some of the best I've had.

Wow....I should've known that when I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for three minutes and had to say "hello" before someone came on the loudspeaker and asked me for my order that it wasn't going to be a good experience. I ordered my food and was told to drive up to the window for my total. I paid and waited for five minutes at the window before I was told to pull up and they would bring me my food. 10 minutes later I finally got my spicy chicken combo. The fries were not hot and the chicken sandwich barely had sauce on it. Not sure what took so long, since nothing tasted like it just came out, and more like it just sat there for a while.

So the food was fantastic, I will preface this review with that. The service was good, however the wait left something to be desired. This would be five stars if it wasn't for that. The manager was amazing. So it really saved everything. I left full and happy and that's all that matters in the end! We will be back when we visit the area again!

Please Church's please make sure you check your food before leaving because I spent almost $40 and did not receive my 6 Honey biscuits that was so disappointing but I will say I called I was able to talk to Miss Joy she told me that I can come back and get my biscuits but I told her that it wouldn't be today cuz I just left there but don't get me wrong I'm going back to get my biscuits I paid for so please check your food

I always enjoy eating there. Church’s serves my favorite fast food chicken strips. I like the spicy chicken strips with the creamy jalapeno dip. The workers are always friendly and delightful to serve you. It does take a little longer through the drive-thru but definitely not as slow as most chicken joints in Sumter.
Gave my order at the drive thru. Waited in the line and when I finally got to the window, they asked me what my order was. I told them my order. They said that they didn't have any tenders. They should of told me that when I ordered not make me sit in line for 23 minutes and not have my order. So I didn't get any food.

This was my 2nd time in a week going to get food from Church's. I don't like to eat out often. Yesterday was soooo busy and they had big orders. I had to wait because the big orders were in front of mine, but it gave me a chance to look at them to see how they worked together. Before leaving, I told the manager I do have one thing to say. So all of them, about 6 or 7, stopped to listen. I told her with everything that's going on, and it looked like chaos to me, the on looker. They had it down to the T. No attitudes, no mumbling, or being disrespectful. They worked well together, and where one might have needed help, the other person just stepped in. Yes, I was truly impressed. Oh, I almost forgor the food was very good too!!!! Lol
Please tell your employees to wash their hands and clean their nails. Am employee had dirty fingernails passing me my food today.
