Chicken was under cooked. Very light and soft breading. The middle of the chicken was slimy.

We just went through the drive-through of the golden chick after seeing the sign advertising catfish nuggets specials and seeing catfish also on the drive-through menu.When we pulled up the lady at the drive thru said that they were out of catfish (which seems to happen too often). When I reminded her that they still had the advertisements up and there were no signs saying they were out of catfish today, she became very rude. I then asked if she knew when they would have catfish available again and she stated, “I don’t know” in a very nasty tone! We drove off without ordering.Too bad customer service isn’t a priority here. They really do have excellent tasting catfish.

Food was good. We had chicken tenders with mashed potatoes. Service was slow, but that's to be expected in today's climate I suppose. Great sweet tea and the yeast rolls are always good.

I will never spend a dime of my money at this location again. My family and I went through the drive thru and I asked the lady can I have all legs and some d*** heffa screams out Not today you won't. She was very unprofessional and she wasn't the one who was taking the order. This location is so ghetto

Dining room closed (16 July 2021). Why doesn't the company abide by CDC guidelines and open the dining room? At least let people order inside. Let's open up the country.

I will never spend my money here again.Had too wait around 7 mins just to get my order in (no cars at the window or In front of me, only for them too tell me there is no golden roast chicken. I ordered fries chicken so I proceed to the window and now they don’t have any fries either. What do you guys have ??? It’s only 7pm. I would understand if this was a one time thing, but I try and try this restaurant out hoping my visits would be better then my last but it never is.

This place is HORRIBLE! We went there after bowling this past Sunday, our order came to roughly $20, I literally WASTED $20 dollars, the chicken tasted like cardboard, the person taking my order was literally yelling at the kitchen staff about ANOTHER ORDER, ON A LIVE MIC WHILE SHE WAS middle of taking my order!! Insanely unprofessional and rude! That food was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Ugh, the chicken was so dry if you rubbed two pieces together you could start a fire. No rolls, forgot gravy.They started off great when first opened, drove off a cliff in portions and quality. Never going again.

Now we remember why we dont go there. Went to get chicken fingers and they were out of rolls & it would be an hour to make some. They forgot the gravy that comes with it and they charge us for the dirty rice which should of been free as a substitute. So paid we paid $28 through drive through for 16 chicken tenters (small) which we so dry my husband wouldnt eat them and some dirty rice. Every time we go they are out of stuff. Not just chicken.
