I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES! Used to love this place now I have to wait 15 minutes for a pretzel, just don't understand how it takes this long!! I will try one more time after that I will never come back here

I love the cookies from this place, but the people were not the most patient with me and my two friends. Considering it was one of the few times I visited, I will probably end up coming again. Maybe not the one at the sumter mall though.
