HeyAfter the horrible experience we had last week the manager was able to make things right and we revisited and ordered our usual meals and every thing was perfect from the waitress to the cook just perfect from the hot fresh food to the strawberry lemonade just perfectWe never had an issue dining at this location and the one time when we did they were quick to respondIts wonderful when you can dine out and enjoy the experience 100 percent with customer service being next to non existence these day its good to know IHOP is on it and if you do have a problem they are willing to make it rightAnd let me send a big Thank you to the two wonderful female employees that made and make our experience great every time y'all two are the bestAnd thank you to the manager and the IHOP support teamParking: The time we usually go its just about empty

Zenovia is our server and she was great. I don't know what everybody else was doing but she was all over the place and being very polite and quick and concerned with our food and service. Plus she was wearing the coolest glasses and really cute head thingy ?

Breakfast is fine, but do NOT dine at this facility after breakfast.This rating is for the afternoon and night shifts.If you happen to find yourself in this establishment with an evening crew, you can expect:-Waiting to be seated for no less than 15 minutes, in a nearly empty restaurant, while employees ignore you.-Waiting for no less than 10 minutes for drink orders to be taken, and another 10-15 for them to be brought out.-Waiting an average of one hour for SOME of your food to arrive at the table. If you're lucky, the food they bring to the table might even be the same thing you ordered!-Arrived as a group of 2 or more? Don't expect to eat at the same time, or even within the same hour.-No refills on drinks unless you manage to track down your server, which will be difficult because they only appear about once every 15 minutes.-Friends of the staff get treated like customers and get their food well before you, the customer. Confused on who friends of the staff are? Just listen for the kitchen and wait staff shouting "Heyyyyy so and so!" as someone enters the restaurant and is ushered to a table right away.-The customer gets ignored and treated as a burden no matter how polite of rotten the customer acts.Night shift needs new employees.This review is based on multiple experiences over the last 6 months.I have visited multiple times, at various hours and days of the week to verify whether these experiences were one offs or inaccurate, unfortunately the experience is not isolated to myself.To reiterate, do not eat here after breakfast, not that the staff would allow you to anyhow.Breakfast crew is awesome though.

I’ve been here multiple times but my last visit was horrid. The waitresses and hosts were cussing and arguing and I have small children with me. I waited 10 minutes to be seated and waitresses and hosts kept walking past us, the restaurant wasn’t even busy. When we were finally seated it took another 5 minutes for someone to notice we haven’t been asked for drinks while about 4 or 5 workers walked past us. I’ll be calling corporate as well.

Horrible Horrible HorribleNo one paid attention to the front so wait time was 20 plus minutesThey consist of grown people but they was literally playing over people food and every last one of them was cussing.Very ghetto and unprofessionalVery shameful because we as the black race is seen as animals and this was shameful to see . Grown folks behaving as if they were outside. Please fix this
During my last visit it took 45 minutes for staff to prepare two triple stacks and 8 strips of bacon. I understand being short staffed as I've worked in the food industry, but 6 pancakes and 8 strips of bacon doesn't take that long to prepare, and certainly not even the restaurant isn't even at half capacity.
