Well I went n picked it up I was 10 minutes early. And the food is ready, sitting on the counter, but they weren’t handed to me. Then I finally get our food after it sat for 10 minutes and got it home and there was only (8) fries in the order. I’m not joking for real 8 for an order of the 12 would it’s and fries. Will not go here again. And it’s unfortunate bc the wings are usually good. But to pay $18.00 for 8 fries and cold chicken isn’t worth it. OK OK

We nolonger have a Chilis in Maryland where I live so it was a treat to find this Gem. The sevice and food were great looking forward to my visit back here next year when I visit sumter.

Took almost an hour to get our food. The waiter sucked never could find him manager brought us our food like it was ok to take an hour to serve us

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The manager actually was visible, walking around to check that service and food was acceptable. Really impressed because not all restaurants are sufficiently staffed or up to par these days.

It was extremely super horrible!!! I've never been to a restaurant that didn't know how to cook properly hot and steaming pasta. Had to return my pasta dish 3x. The only thing warm on the dish was the chicken and the bread in round 2 and 3. They forgot the Texas garlic bread in the first round.Chef Ramsey or Mr. Bar Rescue needs to save this place. Based on my San Francisco Chronical rating, I give this location 0 stars. This is the second time since 1992, I've given a zero rating.
