The ginger shots really breathe life into you and I would highly recommend giving one a try. Super healthy for you. Won’t lie spicy and best to have a chaser, but worth it and your smoothie or juice will be the perfect chaser for that organic ginger shot. Keep up the amazing work and such nice staff Johnnys.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I got the one of their protein smoothies and it was amazing. I wish it was in a better spot in Sumter so people knew more about it. I’ve been here a year and this is my first time trying it. 10/10

Came wanting a healthy juice but was told it was down for the evening. Got smoothies instead but did not taste how we wanted. We eat a very healthy lifestyle. Health products are not an issue but the smoothies were very bland to the point we came home and had to add flavor to it. On the other hand we took shots of ginger. The ginger shots were delicious and very spicy!
