The chicken was greasy on the outside and dry on the inside. The sides were definitely not as good as usual too.

I hardly eat here, but tonight I had the best experience! I ordered online, and had to pick up in the lobby. Service was great, and it was my first time seeing the inside(it looked nice).I got food for the whole family, and everything came out correct and delicious. Definitely coming back soon!

I ordered a 8 combo nugget meal with the side as a Mac and cheese and there is only 3 people infront of me and im waiting for 30 minutes.As we reached the window the man said the price and took my card and rung it up twice for 18$,I saw it on my app and told him he rung it up twice,He was very rude as he was cursing and acted like he had no sense, as the manager came the manager did almost nothing about it,I was given my money back but instead of Mac n cheese they gave me coleslaw.I find this a KFC that can not take there jobs serious and disrespectful towards customs,I highly recommend not coming to this KFC,the workers are very unprofessional as well as the manager,If you are looking for a good KFC go to the one on Liberty street
