I just left this location. I order the same meal Everytime. I get the chicken salad sandwich. Instead of the bread I ask for it to be placed in a large cup. That's not hard to comprehend. A young lady from the kitchen comes out to ask me how I wanted my order even though the front cashier already explained it to the kitchen staff. Mind you the two front cashier's are very nice and very friendly. Once, my order is being bagged I asked the question if the cup is a large cup. The nasty assistant manager comes out and replies for the young lady. Again, I wasn't talking to her. At that point the young cashier and guy asked me a question. In the middle of them asking the manager cuts them off mid-way. Those 2 kids were afraid to respond after her answer. From the looks of it she presents a very threatening attitude towards her staff and customers. Those poor kids couldn't even say anything after that. At that point I told the young guy you can ask the question because she can't prevent you from doing so. At that point he was afraid too. I asked for her managers name. Mike if that's you and you're reading this I will be reaching out to corporate. Under no circumstances should we the customers be treated rudely when our money spent is keeping this restaurant afloat. Secondly, the way your assistant manager treats those kids are unacceptable. To say she has such an attitude when I called back for her name she refused to provide it. I hope you handle her because she doesn't need to be in that position as a manager.

I’m not sure if this location is under new management, but the service and food has gone down. The last month or so the food hasn’t been the best. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and of course there was NO CHICKEN. They cut up ham and placed it in the salad. My nachos toppings were nonexistent. The cheese and chili was cold. Luckily, I was headed home. I’m not sure what is going on, but the owner or the manager needs to step in.

I'm a sandwich guy. Love most things between two slices of bread. McAllister's has consistently good sandwiches. Flavorful combinations of ingredients in appropriate sides. My only disappointment is they don't have a grilled Reuben, the bread is toasted, and it's just not the same. Overall, highly recommend it.

First time visitor from Maryland and loved the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Food was good. Loved my Reuben sandwich with mac and cheese with lemonade. I would definitely come back when I visit the area again.

Deli sandwiches are big and delicious! Garden turkey sandwich is very good as well as the ham and cheese. The carrot cake is the best I have ever had in years! Light and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness!

Had some issues with the "manager" the cashier did something wrong and said that my payment didn't go through. I checked my account and sure enough, the payment did. After which, I was given an attitude by the "manager" and had a lot of deep breath sighs. I don't believe that she has the mental fortitude to work in the food industry. I explained I didn't want to be charged twice and still, she continued to be very crass and standoffish. As far as the cashier, she was sweet and very nice. Demote the manager and promote the cashier. Roles are definitely reversed here.
