Absolutely horrible they do not get the order right and if you get a mcflurry they give you the Sunday spoon that snaps when you try to mix it because oh they don't mix it anymore either . Got my son a mcchicken got all the way home and they forgot the chicken like how did you forget the chicken for the mcchicken. Went back they said oh wow and gave me a mcchicken. There time waits are long no matter how many people and they never give sauce with nuggets its like no one communicates at all

Brah I just got breakfast from this place not too long ago in a rush. And they deadass forgot the sausage in both sausage egg McGriddles. This isn’t the first time they’ve forgot anything. I’ve had a whole 40 piece McNugget missing went back and still only got 20 ??♂️

Order my food in the app still had to wait over 29 minutes for 2 mcdoubles then as soon as I bite into one burger there was a long black hair in the food. Went back and told them stood there for 8 minutes then a nice gentleman from the grill came ask me what I needed and fixed me another burger.

Addi and her crew were so great tonight. I don’t know what she done but she needs to keep doing it. The crew was on top of everything didn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes and we were walking out of the door. The staff was so friendly. Dontrell helped us out and got everything we needed.

Ever since that new manager addi came we have received nothing but excellent service. Her crew are so polite and friendly every time we come through the drive thru. Before she got here I would of rated them a 2 but the last couple times we been here it’s been excellent hot and fresh food every time.
12:00 crew is wonderful I'm greeted with smiles from the Lady cashier. And my coworkers are greeted with smiles and kindness, our food was delivered in 5 minutes or less. Wonderful place to eat will recommend to others. Thank yall for all the hard work you do.
