Person who took my order was on the phone and it was hard to figure out if she was talking to me or the person on the phone because she stared at me, then got an attitude when I was trying to figure out if I should order, because I was in a hurry to get back to work. No longer gives military discount after I order the same type of items for a long time, and the order adds up to the same amount, and they say one part of the order is on special when it actually stays relatively the same amount. The employees are rude and very inpatient. I am limiting the amount of times I stop by because the service is getting so bad

Them women always got an. Attitude they act like money coming out of their own pocket if u ask for a napkin or ketchup . They never have what's on the menu , for example , if u order a ice cream cone , they always say , " the machine is down "That includevery single McDonald's in Sumter , SC !!!

Usually have a great experience here! Ordered 2 McDoubles, 2 quaterpounders, aMcChicken, a basket of fries and a large coke. Got 2 single quarter pounders which one was raw.

I had to pull to a parking spot because they gave me the wrong drink. The car behind me had to park also. The car behind me got their complete order and still no drink for me. I had to go onside and ask for my drink! This place us aweful!

The McDonald's burgers are getting smaller and price continues to go up.On my Big Mac I have more bread and lettuce than meat. The Big Mac burger is the size of a happy meal burger.

While this location can be a challenge to get into bc of the corner location it always is fast and does a good job getting you back out.The interior is in good shape having been remodeled a few years ago, but it does have lots of traffic in and at the drive thru.You can tell that corporately the food quality has gone down bc a piece of bacon is pretty much as thin as possible and still call it bacon. OkThe only issue I seem to have with them is the fact that they can not cook a biscuit correctly. Almost always under cooked.Still I would recommend a stop if you feel like it.
