Ordered a blue cheese hamburger tonight medium. It looked like a left over burger that was reheated. Well done and so small that it almost fit on the bun. Very disappointed

The food is always top-notch! You can tell the owner loves what he does and does what he loves. It's refreshing to see an owner out on the floor waiting tables and engaging with the patrons! It's a must-visit place a staple of good Southern hospitality.Kid-friendliness: Has a playground attached to the building.

This place offers up a racist type atmosphere, they are not too happy with Black Patriots no surprise as the white owner and manager will not make you feel at home if your skin color does not match there.

I really want to like this place, I love the atmosphere, but when I sit at the bar, I get ignored for a long time. The female bartender seems especially disinterested in anyone at the bar. They pay no attention no matter how long your glass has been empty... every time I went was for the grilled parmesan oysters. I kept hoping...They look so good on the menu, golden brown parm cheese melted on top. When I order and they arrive, they come raw, cold with un melted parmesan cheese on top. I have been there 5 times, and only once were the oyster actually grilled and delicious. Every other time, they came nearly raw and cold with the cheese not even melted. Just cold cheese sprinkled on barely warm raw oysters that are supposed to be grilled. I don't think they even saw a grill and barely experienced heat. Maybe a couple seconds in a microwave. They call themselves an oyster house for gods sake you would think they would at least get the oyster right. No pride! I gave them 5 chances, and I won't be going back
