Don't order from them. We've tried twice and had to cancel both times. After the orders were supposed to be ready, they hadn't even started making it. Call Sambinos across the street instead. They're always ready with your order in 20 minutes

This place service our military base and there customer service is bad I placed an order for my family at 10:44 pm we never received our order nor did anyone called I tried to call back and no 1 answers and my bill was paid over the phone the customer service and the manager is not responsible and something should be done about this like I said if this is how our military base customers is gonna be treated then the staff needs to be change now I have to call them back to return my money to my account I will not recommend this place to anyone

I used the app to order my pizza, and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I checked the tracker 30 minutes later it they were still making the pizza. I got to the store, and they still hadn't started making the pizza. I was told they were going to make it right then, and it would take 15 minutes. I go to that location all the time, but this is the first time I have had this happen. I hope the next time I visit it's a better experience.

Took almost 2 hours to get here (on a Monday) and when driver finally showed up 40 minutes after leaving the store, he didn’t even have the pizza, just the sides. I sent the partial order back and called the store. The manager didn’t seem to care, made excuses, and said it would take 3-5 days to get my money back. They have lost a regular customer. Get your pizza somewhere else.

First time we got delivery it was great, everything was above-standard from what my experience has been with papajohns. Delivered within an hour.The second time not so much, it was a Friday night and we waited 2.5 hours, we weren't in a rush and understood it was friday but I started to worry when it said it was out for delivery an hour ago. I'd never waited so long for pizza in my life.Anyways when we finally got the pizza it looked like it had been sitting out all day, soggy chewy crust, dried up sauce, missing cheese in multiple spots, massive crust bubbles around the entire circumference... like bad. Burnt in spots and it was supposed to be an 'extra cheese extra pep' pizza.. I'd say about 40% of the pizza was burnt crust bubbles.We'll try again but not on a weekend.
One of the better pizza places in the sumter area. Always fresh and on time when promised. Usually every other week we get papa johns and haven't been disappointed. Friendly

By far worst service ever given made the wrong pizza and manager stated that there was nothing she could do to fix the problem. The whole time while she and another employee the guy who made the pizza wrong were laughing along with another customer about the fact they weren't going to correct their mistake. Do not recommend this location due to poor management and customer service skills

If there was something less than a zero, they would've gotten that. Service was awful and food was not up to par. I was not greeted, very little communication coming from employee, looked like they didn't want to be there, 2 pizzas were doughy, 1 pizza was an oval, all pizzas were more like thin crusts than normal hand tossed and the cheese sticks looked rough. Employee placed the order on the counter and walked away. I had to tell them I ordered 8 extra pizza sauce. The other Papa Johns in town seems to be run a lot better. Avoid this one at all costs.

This location has repeatedly canceled orders placed online. All you get is an email that your order is canceled. I have been a fairly regular customer and generous tipper. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Tired of the inconvenience.
