I utilized the app to order the big family box and it was simple and easy. Once I arrived to the pick up window, I was greeted immediately and the customer service was great. I had to wait some time but the employee was frequently keeping me inform of how much time my food had left to cook. The food was hot and fresh and made exactly as ordered.

I placed an online order and wanted to change the time on the order. The lady on the phone said I would have to cancel my order and refund me and reorder the whole thing again. Then she said it would take 3-4 business days for me to receive my refund. I asked why can't you just memo the ticket? Believe me when I say I've worked at plenty of restaurants and all you have to do is memo the ticket! She said "nope". Then I asked to speak with management. The "manager" who would not give their name?!? Said "nope" and HUNG UP THE PHONE! Slammed it in my ear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to call back and I still don't know if I have been refunded. Now I have to drive there to make sure they aren't stealing my money!!!!!! The worst in SUMTER omg!!!!!!!!!!!

The pizza was ok, the breadsticks were awful (see the picture), they were out of the kind of wings we wanted, the wait was extremely long and they said the card machine was out of order and I needed cash. When I came back others were paying with cards. That makes no sense.

Every time I come to this Pizza Hut they never get my order correct and they have to remake it. It says my order is ready and I stand there for another 15 mins and just for them to tell me I cannot get my food. When I finally get my food, the way they cut the pizza is not equal in the slightest I would be better off getting my pizza without any cuts. It's like they don't even care about what they are doing back there. Now believe me, I have been to a lot of pizza hut's because I lover there pizza but this place is crazy. Something need to be done here. Im gonna put two stars because at least I got my food on the second attempt and not the third.

Absolutely Ridiculous! I called in an order. I waited the allotted time they told me. I came through the drive-through to pay for my order, and after I paid, they told me my order is not ready and can you come back in 15mins or come through the drive-through again. I would have NEVER paid for my order if they told me once I pulled up that my order would take another 15mins. They took my money first and then said come back later. Ridiculous

The worst pizza in Sumter. Set on cardboard crust with flavorless cheese and toppings. Picked it up and people were in another world. No customer service. Could not even get name correct. Poor selection and not a quality product.
If there was an option to give this store no stars I would. I ordered 2 pizzas, brownie, cheese bread, and a 16 pc honey bbq boneless wing. They brought cold pizzas, no sauce on wings, burnt cheese bread, and literally didn't even bring my brownie. So I called and they "replaced" my whole order. The replacement orders pizzas were cold, brownie was burnt, cheese bread was old/dry, and this time they didn't bring my wings. So I called again and they gave me a credit for the wings. I called at 10:15 on 8-5-19 to order my wings via delivery, after being on hold for 10 minutes they finally answer the phone. When I said I wanted to place a delivery order the guys says wry rude like are you sure you want to place a delivery order? I said yes. He says well we close at 11 so... I just hung up the phone in fear that they would do something bad to my food if I placed the order. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We ordered online and our order is correct on the online order they showed up late with half of our order and half someone else's then we call them back and they hang up 5 times have yet to speak to a manager if there is even one there very poor service period and now they tried to say that there phone is not working that we can hear them but they can't hear us seams like that's a lie how can anyone place a order over the phone. Never mind I know it's a lie I just had to go up there to get this BS straight and watched them on the phone worst experience with Pizza Hut ever!!!!!!! Didn't even try to fix it for us they may need to get a little harder job screening my 11 yr old could have done better!!!!!! Thanks for messing up our order then making us ride all the way there in turn messing up our whole family night guess we will have to try something else next time I have time to sit down and watch a movie with my wife and kids!!!!!!!! Now we have to wait for them to fix it and bring it again almost 2 hrs later at bed time for my kids

I called in a order to pick up, and the girl was rude. But didn't think nothing of it. I order pizza and 8 honey bbq wings. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting out the whole time. They pretty much put sauce in the bottom of tray and just threw the wings in there. Didn't even bother to coat them. And they gave me broken off pieces of wings and counted them and a whole wing. Very disappointed in my order, won't be going back this isn't the first time this Pizza Hut has been disappointing. Smh.
