Employees don’t smile and don’t communicate except bare minimum. Sandwiches have shrunk (chicken less than the size of an extra small chicken breast) veggies are stingy (four slices of cucumber in a salad at $10). Teamwork is lacking; young man single-handedly taking care of customers asked for help with customers and she she no she had stuff to do. I don’t know who owns this, I recommend quick changes and training. I’ll give it one last chance but after that I’m done.

Slow, unfriendly service, can’t maintain stock of anything. First time in my life I’ve seen somewhere put carbonation in Powerade. It blows my mind that people can screw things up that badly. Additionally, they refused to ring up my order as meal deals and instead rang everything up separately, costing me an extra $3 per person for no reason.

There soda machine had Blake flakes coming out of it when I was getting the sprite. I advised the worker of it who let me get a bottle soda instead. My concern is none of the workers put an out of order sign on it.

Order the monster sub they did not have all the ingredients to fix it I did not give me a discount if you don't have all the ingredients to fix an order you shouldn't be open or you should give them a discount they look like they were high or stoned but that's America for you can't smoke cigarettes but you can smoke dope and still have a job

The folks at Subway on McCrays Mill Road in Sumter are great! I needed to feed a crew of people who were helping us move, and they were excited when I mentioned Subway sandwiches. I walked into Subway and ordered a dozen foot-long sandwiches with no advance warning. Luckily, no one was in line behind me for a little bit, and they were able to get the sandwiches started very quickly. They were so nice and very efficient throughout. As people came in behind me, the workers got my sandwiches to a point where one of them could continue on mine while the other served the people in line behind me. The operation was very smooth. And the sandwiches were delicious! A huge thank you to LaShawn, Kamari, and Kathy for your help!! (And my apologies for likely misspelling your names! ) Diane

They don't honor the coupons that come in the mail. Apparently it is up to the owners of each Subway whether they want to or not. I will go elsewhere. Most of the time they are out of stuff anyways.
