Sat down and waitress said I get back to you in a minute! That minute never arrived so I left! Two waitress in duty and one cook, with a total of 12 customers including myself!So no service, no food and that adds up to no return!!
very bad service, it took them a long time to take my order, there were only 2 customers, the cooks in the back and the cashier outside, very bad service
1/19/2023 @ 10:30p.m. just left there and the cook was HORRIBLE, everyone got their food except me, orders were wrong, cook likes to run his mouth and wanna cuss, took everything I had to get up and walk out before I did/said something I shouldn't have. Other customers were also complaining and walking out. Learned a lesson tonight and will stick with the Waffle House in front of Sumter Mall.

The accommodation from the crew this night was very acceptable they all helped me with the worst experience as a general manager myself from out of town was very helpful thank you guys so much lord knows I love the accommodation from the whole crew.THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR MY ACCOMMODATIONS WITH MY

If i could give negative stars it would be -5 stars. 20 mins to take my order 45 mins later order not even called I said something got thrown out and banned. Whats up with that? I thought it is suppose to be good food fast apparently not at that waffle house. Do your self a favor and go to the other one down the road a half mile much cleaner and nicer
