Worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin. Stood at the counter 2 minutes, said "excuse me I'd like to order", waited 2 more minutes and walked out. Inexcusable

Best donuts&coffee. Friendly staff and exceptional service. Love their small donuts! They have close restaurants always nearby with counter service and drive thru. Easy in and out or sit comfortably.

I had an incident at a DD in Socastee, SC. where they had know idea how to make an iced decaf coffee with cream, whipped cream and Caramel syrup. I drove to the DD at this location in Surfside, SC. and spoke with the manager about what had just happened to me. He replaced my disgusting coffee with a very well made, delicious, awsome tasting coffee. The next time I want a coffee I will be sure to come to this location.

they told me to pull around and wait out front for a donut. i waited 13 minutes for a single donut. and when i got the donut it looked like this. i understand not all donuts are picture perfect but it was smashed in on one side and the icing was mushed off the side. service is eh. friendly but no motivation to get the line moving.

First I understand with Covid that places are understaffed. I do not believe this is the case. I believe this is a case if they want better drivethru times. We pull up to the outside menu board. All was fine there the girl at the window was very kind. They had us immediately pull forward after giving us our mixed assorted donuts and 2 coffees. We also ordered a smoothie,snackin bacon, wrap and sandwich. When we stated to pull forward we realized what a cluster it was. A total of 5 cars were waiting. It was dangerous the parking lot was not conducive for how cars were coming out of the drive thru. We then waited for 15 mins. Our food came out cold and no napkins. The sandwiches were sloppy and just not good. The system they are using is not working. I noticed other people seemed frustrated as well. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

This is the fourth time I asked for hot fudge on my ice cream and they keep giving me chocolate syrup, which is not hot fudge! If you don't have hot fudge just be honest with your customers.
