Completed an online order that was wrong. Sausage was on the pizza instead of mushrooms. Called back and they apologized and offered to remake the pizza. Then the remake took an hour to get to us. Almost 2 hours from the original order and all we got was an apology and the correct pizza. The manager acted like it should have been an honor that he decided to remake the order and allow me to eat what I actually ordered!! Pathetic!!! Then I found out they are a franchise. That pretty much explains it. They could care less and corporate will not do anything to make sure store franchisees are keeping up quality service. One star is the lowest possible but this location, 2123 West Lucas street in Florence or Darlington SC should not even get a 1 star.
