THEY WERE NOT BUSY YET, I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE STRAIGHT TO THE SPEAKER IN THE DRIVE THRU AND THEN WAITED TWO MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE SAID "CAN YOU HOLD" I WAITED THREE MORE MINUTES JUST TO ORDER AND AT THIS TIME THERE WERE TWO VEHICLES BEHIND MINE. I ORDERED TWO SIX PIECE CHICKEN NUGGET HAPPY MEALS - ONE WITH A LARGE COKE THE OTHER WITH A LARGE TEA - I ORDERED A HAMBURGER EXTRA PICKLE HAPPY MEAL WITH A LARGE COKE - A LARGE DIET COKE AND A SMALL FRY - I HAVE VERY LIMITED TIME TO GRAB SOMETHING TO EAT DURING A BRIEF LUNCH BREAK AT MY JOB SO I RUSHED BACK TO WORK AND I ENDED UP WITH TWO LARGE DIET COKES AND NO SMALL FRY, THE HAMBURGER DID NOT HAVE ANY PICKLES ON IT EITHER AND THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE SEEN TO HAVE LOST THEIR COMPASSION - IF I WAS STILL A MCDONALD'S MANAGER I WOULD DEFINETLY BE LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT JOB - I USE TO LOVE GOING TO MCDONALD'S BUT LATELY THEY HAVE BEEN SCREWING UP LEFT AND RIGHT - NOT TOO SURE I WILL BE GOING BACK TO ANOTHER J & L MCDONALD'S GOING FORWARD.

Came here to pick up a door dash order and told the woman at the speaker (who sounded like she hated her life) I was there for a DoorDash order. I pull up to the window and a heavy set African American (couldn’t tell gender pretty sure a female) was standing with her back facing the window and shoving food down her gullet almost eating her face mask. On top of that, she/he gave me the wrong order so I politely corrected them. This child of an adult starts screaming how “why didn’t you say nun” and I politely told her I told the woman at the drive thru speaker why I was there for she/he proceeds to scream at an empty void about how we didn’t say anything. He/she then threw the bag at us. Smh.

Was picking up for door dash order allied in before I arrived at McDonald’s, was told to pull forward to 3 rd window and I sat there and watched 5 cars that ordered after me get there food before me and had I not back up to 2 nd window I still probably have not gotten my food. When I asked to speak to the manager about it she refused to give me her name! I’ll never go back to that store.

July 16, 2021. 07:09PM There was a large billboard style sign to the right of the drive through advertising a Big Mac Bundle. When I attempted to order it, she said we don't have that anymore. I mentioned the big sign and she just repeated we don't carry that anymore. When I was paying I asked again and she got mad and walked away. When I got to the window to get the food, I asked for the manager. She would not come by the window. I had to speak to her 10 feet away from the window and she said the same thing as the other lady. Then a guy said; dog, we don't control what signs McDonalds puts up or when they take them down. It's funny, I thought I was speaking to McDonalds employees. I believe they call this false advertisement..

They didn't have milkshakes at 8 Pm !! They have been out for 3 nights in a roll either the machine was tore up? Or out of cups!! Why are they taking them apart so early?

I gave this McDonald's multiple chances because it's very close to my home. However, every single time I've went through this drive through, I had a wrong order. One time I just asked for only a large sweet tea and somehow I ended up with a coke. Won't visit this location again unless I really have to. The staff and building is really nice but I think a lot of employees don't know what they're doing half the time
I don’t normally get Big Macs but 2 for $5 why not...... and this is why not. Pretty sad looking Big Mac:-(. And the bun was kinda hard.

The quality of the food is as expected, but the service is SLOW. The drive through is incredibly slow. Inside the restaurant is decently clean. Not a bad experience, they can't handle large numbers very well

The video about a man buying a homeless man food and then being kicked out for doing so is a disgrace I hope the manager was fired. Even worse was the PD there and attitude towards the man! Video named "McDonald’s kicks out a customer for buying a homeless man food"

I saw a billboard advertising two for $3.50 bacon egg and cheese sandwich. I also saw at the store that they advertised any sized soft drink for $1.00. I ordered a two for $3.50 bacon egg and cheese sandwich and was met with, "you have to read the small print on the billboard, some stores not participating and we're not participating in that promotion". The problem for me is that they were the only McD's around for miles and the sign was pointing right at there store and that was the only item being advertised on the billboard. Then I was told we don't have any large cups so you'll have to take a small one for the same price.
