Been to Pizza Hyena many times and it never disappoints. Rachel sat out large party right away and took great care of us. Wings were on point and everyone was happy with their meals. I had the Pinch Me Greek pizza which was very tasty. Recommend getting it with the lamb gyro topping. Pizza Hyena is a must stop every time I’m visiting Surfside Beach.

We recently visited Pizza Hyena during the kiddo's Spring Break, and thought the food was "really yummy" (according to the 5 y/o). We got the redneck caviar, which was really good with the chips or just in its own, and were thrilled to discover that they offer vegan options. I like that all the pizzas are the same size, which greatly simplifies ordering since there's no "what size of this type of pizza vs what size of that type of pizza do we need" calculation required. The only thing I thought was a little odd was that you're not really able to customize a pizza beyond subbing vegan cheese or cauliflower crust. To be fair, I didn't ask, so maybe that is possible...? The crust + wood fire baking was amazing! I'll definitely become a repeat customer if I ever find myself in the area again :)

I have reviewed this place several times and I will continue to review it every time I go. It is the best place to go on Ocean boulevard for pizza. I recently have become gluten intolerant and I had the gyro pizza with a cauliflower made crust. It was absolutely delicious.. the other picture shows cheesy bread that my friend I went with had.Vegetarian options: Although I'm not a meat eater I missed having gyros. This had a little bit of gyro meat on it. Parsley spinach mushrooms caramelized onions and that delicious gyro sauceDietary restrictions: I was happy to see that they had gluten-free options for pizza crust.

Some interesting Avant garde pizzas here. Decent brews. It a nit pick but the acoustics in the building are kinda weird. Place was packed and loud and the acoustics made it even worse could barely hear the person next to me but sometimes thats ok especially when I'm devouring the strange but delicious dill pickle pizza!Vegetarian options: They even offer vegan cheese which i appreciate in a pizza joint!
