We went to this location at the end of last year to redeem my daughter's monthly reader coupons, but unfortunately, they were out of the personal pans. Ms. Stacy told me she'd let her manager know, and we'd still be able to redeem it after the expiration date. Months later, we went back and Ms. Stacy redeemed our coupons and accomodated us with the one for last time! Ms. Stacy's customer service is truly an asset to this location!!

I placed an online order at 5:30PM, at 8:50pm I called since my order hasn’t been delivered yet, and the person who answered the phone (Erica) said it was was “assigned to DoorDash” yet when she checked it was not the case. They canceled and “remade” my food, but when it arrived 3 hours after I had placed the initial order, the sauces were both broken and the wings had very obviously just sat on a hot shelf since the first order.Tried calling back and was left on hold via multiple phone calls for over an hour, and now they’re just repeatedly hanging up the phone. Will NEVER be returning.

I tell you what, I’m 57 and have ordered, had delivered, and ate in the restaurant from pa to Florida and can’t fathom how many delivery orders I’ve placed, gotta be 100’sThis was the fastest, hottest, best Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had delivered in my life including the delivery driver.Hit it on all cylinders!!!Perfect. If it’s bad I’ll call it but this was flawless and I’m a 40 year restaurant cook manager gm.Sais a lot for the leaders and staff.Great job folks, get the order, it’s only a few minutes away, 2 minutes to build6-7 minutes in the ovenPlaced the order at 8:58 and he was ringing my doorbell at 9:17That’s like dam near a miracle.Ty Pizza Hut Wade Hampton Taylor’s.Got my vote.

I have never tried a Pizza from Pizza Hut. But with commercials. I figured I give it a try. I called my local Pizza Hut. Wanting a pizza. Called twice to be placed continuously on hold. Then I had to call back . Because I was hung up on . I just wanted a Pizza. Now I guess it's Pizza Pizza. At least they are dependable.

I've gotten pizza here in the past and it wasn't that great, but recently it has.. I Ordered a personal Pizza on 4th of July, it was on point!! There was only one lady working in there and she was literally running back and forth working hard.. She was polite and pizza was ready in 10 mins like she said.. just had to leave a review because she was running that store by herself it look like, and the pizza still came out better than usual.

Hi just spent 60 buck at the pizza hut in taylors sc location ! Worst pizza i ever got from pizza hut ! Both new yorkers ! Were dry and like they been cooked for 2 days ! Hardly any pepperoni ! Tried to eat a piece ! But could not chew it ! Called to ask for refund ! And i got hung up on ! Just wanted money back ! Want ever go there again ! And will tell everyone i know to stay away from this location
