I’ve had subs delivered twice from here and both times the food has been absolutely delicious. A coworker gets them all the time and it always smelled amazing and I am so happy I tried them out. This is now my favorite sub place.

My review for this place is to watch how they fix your food. This lady coughed in her hand, put on clean gloves and proceeded to get my bread out of the oven to prepare my sandwich and I ask her. Can you let the other lady make my food, and she asked me why I said ma’am you just coughing your hand, put gloves on and then try to make my food so the other lady came over which was the manager she was asking me what was wrong and ask her can she throw my food away first of all manager shouldn’t ask you why what’s wrong why do you want me to throw it away? A customer is always right, so don’t please don’t argue with me because I will let everybody know y’all eating a cough, bugger up sandwich Anyway, the lady called them on her hand and the manager came over and I asked her to throw her sandwich away, she threw the sandwich away. Then she asked me why and I told her your employer called her hand and put clean gloves on so the lady was upset which I can care less . I walk back-and-forth, coughing and still like nose, running and still touching her nose, coughing in her hands and sitting back behind the counter I mean, this place is just so disgusting. That manager needs to be fired along with the lady that coughed her hand cause they’re not sanitary in there you really don’t know what you’re eating .

Best submarine sandwich in town, hands down, whether at any of the shops! I always get a whole sub when ordering the #19! Lots better than Subway. Wishing the shop would expand to many more locations, would do great business, for sure.

First time visiting this place. I’m pretty picky when it comes to an Italian sub. It was great. Fresh veggies and the staff there was very friendly. Subway who? This place is great. They don’t skimp on the add ons and you get a lot for your money. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

This used to be our favorite sandwich shop by far. Unfortunately, they are apparently struggling in this insanely inflated economy. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The sandwiches are skimpy.The last 3 times we have visited this shop they have been out of bell peppers. The first time they said the produce truck hadn't delivered. The second time, they also blamed the supplier. This last time they blamed it on a death in the family. While I can certainly commiserate with a loss, it is just in extreme poor taste to use it as an excuse for bad service.If you are not going to provide the add-ons, take them off the menu. Cheaping out on ingredients while raising prices is not the way to keep customers. We will not visit this location again especially with another Sub Station 2 just a few miles down the road.Fix it.

I’ve been a long time customer at this location. Recently I’ve noticed the amount of meat and the subs have gotten slimmer. People I work with were complaining how light their subs felt before even opening it. I ordered a double meat footlong the last time I came and it still was not a lot of meat. Jersey Mike’s puts alot more meat than when I order double meat from Substation. Safe to say I will be taking a long break from substation. People notice when you start to get skimpy with your products.
