Man they need to get it together in here. One guy came in they saw him he waited for almost 15 mins for someone to take his order. They just keep looking at him so he just left. I definitely want be going back there.

I ordered over $100 worth of food just to get home to our gathering and realize there were no veggies, no each, no corn, and the flavor of one set of wings was wrong. I immediately called the store to let them know I would be coming back for these items. Was placed on hold for about 10 min. I made it half way to the store before the “Manager” Ishmael, came on the phone and said I had to go home, pack the food back up, and bring the entire order back with me so that he could see what I was missing. Which makes zero sense, I could have left half of it at home. I tell him I am not going to turn around and get the food . He then informs me that I am lying because his cook said that he packed it all up and gave him to me.Upon arrival to the store the you g lady working the counter had are missing food already packaged up and ready to go. She continuously apologized for how rude Ishmael was on the phone.The “cooks” were breaking many health codes. No gloves, free hanging beards, sagging pants multiple were were hoodies with the hoods up while leaning against the fryers. Several were on their phones leaning over food station.They were also blaring music with profanity, which is not at all appropriate for a restaurant. I would not recommend coming to this store. Terrible service.

It took a while even tho I called in me order and when I get to the car and checked it they gave me and extra Container of corn and they gave me no ranch but I just went home bc it was way to packed for me to go back In

the place is kinda dirty and could use some better cleaning. the service takes a little while but the food was actually really good. definitely recommend for the food even if you were just taking it to go or eating in like i did. definitely needs to do a better job cleaning up if you eat inside but other then that good. i wish wing stop in general had kids menus.

Why have a drive thru and it be closed. Pulled up to get the food and they said it's permanently closed you have to come in. Very rude employees and missing items

Worst place , the wait is absolutely ridiculous even when you place your order online . Employee standing doing absolutely nothing and i hate the way they threw my fries all over my bag . I dont think is worth it at all.

The food is good the real big issue here is the lack of employees. Two people working in the back filling door dash orders/walk in orders. I think the manager needs to hire more people. Other than that this place is good.

They need to fire all of the workers. All they do is sit on their phone, talk , and take almost a full hour to complete your order even when you order ahead of time online. They always mess up my order and when I went back and asked them to add seasoning on my fries because there was no seasoning on them, they told me they were out of seasoning. workers are absolutely rude and GHETTO.

If I ever have to come back, I'm ordering ahead because ateast that'll shave 10 minutes off of a half hour wait.They will always prioritize online orders, or maybe the ones I saw knew to order a long time ahead.Food wasn't bad, no flats though.Would suggest just going to the one off of Woodruff.
