The cookies are definitely undercooked and doughy in the center. They even taste like uncooked cookie dough... don't think I'll be back. Not worth the $ at all, unfortunately. The tres leches cookie last week was amazing but that is truly the only good cookie I've had here... and that wasn't even a cookie it was more of a cake. Last weeks cookies were undercooked too. There's a difference between soft gooey center and doughy undercooked...

The cookies are overall good and the service was nice when the cookies were handed to me. However, I was not greeted when entering, ordered from a tablet, and was asked to tip. The cookies seem overpriced for the size. I would've liked the option to buy the large cookies, but half of them were sold out at 8:00, and they didn't close until midnight. It was strange. I heard good things about Crumbl and was looking forward to trying them, but I was underwhelmed. I suppose if you don't mind overpaying for cookies, especially the small ones, they're great.

I went in at 9:15pm with my wife to get a cookie or two. We were greeted by the 2 people working there but were completely ignored thereafter even though we were the only customers in the store. We waited at the register for a few minutes before my wife asked one of the employees if this is where we order. The employee completely ignored her and so we left.I never encountered a situation where we were treated as completely invisible. Terrible customer service.

This store is always clean and the atmosphere in the store is always friendly and calm. The cookies here are always cooked fresh and are so warm and not burnt. I love that for weekend's the store hours are extended because. It gives me enough time to go get my cookies if I can't get them during the day time.

I have never had a better cookie. I mean it. The first cookie we got was the Pumpkin flavor, and it was already the best cookie that I had ever eaten before. I'm not even a big cookie fan, but this place has the most amazing cookies ever. Better than home made. We had to come back for more, so we did, then we got a cookie that I think was called Pink Velvet and it was even better than the first one we got! The icing was perfect (also, I usually don't like icing) and the cookie was perfectly soft. On the way home from our trip, we were still thinking about this place and wanted to come back!
