If there was sauce on the pizza it would be great. There was a teaspoon of sauce on our pizza. Ask for extra sauce if you want more than a teaspoon of sauce!

To be clear, this review is about takeout. Never visited pre Biden inflation but my experience today shows a definite lean toward dealing with their high costs. A very thin pizza with a very thin application of ingredients, too little sauce a modest sprinkle of cheese and an oversized crust area! A dry barely noticeable flavor from probably tasty ingredients. And extra annoying is an extra fee called gratuity which they do disclose as covering higher costs but not a gratuity, I would have more respect if they just charged more and not add a mislabeled surcharge. Had a calzone also that was on special that was of better value and better prepared. Disappointed by overall quality and surcharge, but will visit again when economy gets better

I ordered chicken parm and was soo disappointed. There was literally 2 tbsp of cheese and the chicken was super low quality and freezer burnt. It arrived cold and was really just awful :(

Have eaten at this establishment for years with no issues in service, food or anything. But, tonight my wife ordered for five people at 5:15 in the evening. We didn't receive our food until 6:35, and we live less than a Mile away!!! My wife called twice to try and find out when the food would be delivered after waiting for an hour, after being told that the food would be delivered within the hour. After waiting over an hour we called and asked for a manager, and were told by the young lady that she was one of the managers! When we finally received the food, naturally, it was cold and cold pizza and cold spaghetti is not what we paid for! Unfortunately, It looks as though our time eating at Village Pizza has come to an end! Perhaps a better management system by the owner and hiring older more experienced employees would help mitigate these issues! Exactly what is the definition of good/great customer service?

Hands down the worst pizza in Charlotte. Just a thin crust with a ton of grease and cardboard flavor. Price is laughable for this mediocre pizza. This pizza is subpar below Costco and Little Caesars. Save yourself the $$, too many other options in Tega Cay.
