Not very good they was very mushy on the inside Fish was so old. The mac & cheese was not good at all, and the oak was not cook. The food was all around. Ask for a refund they told me no last time. left all the food on the table and walk out with everybody else that was walking out because I never had a bad experience there, but whoever took over the restaurant they need to quit because they mess up the food. I was a faithful customer!! The food was always delicious however the weekend of Easter proved almost fatal. Ordered the seafood for platter as always. The stuffed crab was o er cooked and almost burned; told there was oysters turns out there were, two !!! The Fish could have fit in the palm of my hand . The only good food was the cornbread nuggets. When I first tasted the food I should have stopped. I ended up with food poisoning that last almost two weeks. What happened new cooks? Unclean? New management? What ever you need to make serious changes. First time I ever ever given this low score to anyone

I ordered flounder that smalled fishy. It was 3 half pieces. They gave me 2 pieces back because I traded a piece for one of my son's Tilapia. They didn't give me that piece back. I will never get fish from there ?

It's a nice fish and more house.My friend had fried catfish, fried okra and french fries. I had fried shrimp, okra and fries. Which was also good. I said "and more" because they have chicken and chops. Fresh fish market and also deserts and fresh made crackling. You can eat in or carry out.Vegetarian options: Veggies....Parking: There's free parking on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed, you can dine in or carry out.

Very good fish and prices. Everything seasoned just right and desserts is made from scratch are just breath taken. I had the 3pc catfish dinner with corn on cob, fried okra & hushpuppies. With a piece of pineapple upside-down cake.
This is my go to spot when I don't feel like cooking fish. I'm new to the area, but visited this spot several times before relocating. I wasn't feeling well after coming back home from the holidays. This place is like a down home type of atmosphere, nothing fancy. The young lady that normally picks your fish out is always friendly. Excellent service I have never had any issues. My husband purchased a dinner lord the collard's were salty. He didn't complain, but my salt tolerance isn't good. If you're in the area try them out.

So, i love Tru Lucks.. i have never had a bad experience with their food until today.. i ordered a Flounder Dinner.. it was fried really soft to the point of just breaking up horribly. Then my favorite thing.. the mac and cheese.. it had a spoiled taste as if the cheese was old and it had a smell.. 3 different people in my house tasted it.. So I called just to make them aware of what we all tasted, the lady answered the phone argued the macaroni was cooked this morning and because nobody else complained of the taste its fine.. great customer service?.. i have no reason to argue i was just making sure nobody get sick??♀️
