The white lady that was handing out the food was rude as hell, she kept huffing and puffing because I asked for a drink carrier, then she slammed the drink down and was very aggressive about it. Also when I asked for ranch she got mad because I didn't order it at the speaker, and after she handed me the food I told her I still needed my son's ice cream and she rolled her eyes and yelled at another lady asking, "where's the damn I've cream." Everyone else was cool calm and collected. She needs a nerve pill and another job.

After a horrible day after surgery. I placed an order somewhere else. I had placed it for a delivery due to having to have surgery earlier this morning and they did not deliver after 2 hours of waiting I called and they said oh I can no longer get delivered and gave me three different excuses of why so I just canceled my order with them.I then came here to Burger King and the phenomenal staff Carol ,Jen,and Monica helped get my order to take home to my children.The food was made correctly and was fresh. I am forever grateful for their customer service.

Ordered whoppers with cheese. One with no ketchup, fries and onion rings along with 3 chicken wraps. The meat was curled up on the burgers and our order was not right. Onion rings were under cooked and looked like limp biscuits. I asked if the fries and onion rings were fresh. The drive thru person said sharply; Yes. I didn't get my sauce and waited at the window for a good bit until the person recognized me sitting there. The workers were huddled and talking loud and laughing while I waited. Everytime I go thereservice has been terrible, food taste awful. Just smh

They never wear gloves when preparing food and scratching their head! Gross!!! They need to be more sanitary at this location!!! Have left twice in the last 2 weeks without ordering because of this and will never return. I have videos I wish I could post but will only allow photos and not going back just to get a photo!!

Had the new Mushroom Swiss Melt. Absolutely horrible!! Very sour taste; bread was stale and hard. (No problem with this location nor the employees.... just the product. Awful. Do better, BK.)

I drive a tow truck and I frequent Burger one of the nicer ones I've wish I would have had a little more money to eat on while I was able to get was a $1.79 cheeseburger but it was goodParking: I drive a tow truck and there was plenty of room for me to pull in and park

AC was blasting despite being 60 degrees outside. It was freezing in the location so I couldn't dine in.This iced coffee is both the wrong size and has absolutely no coffee in it. (Picture attached.. this is actually lighter than straight creamer, I'm unsure how one could accomplish that...)Service was essentially one employee asking "what do you need?" and then some exchanges back and forth between the employees about the AC and some kind of miscommunication about a drive thru order in progress.It's fast food.. one doesn't expect much.. but they missed on everything this morning.

Gone here a couple of times, and it wasn’t terrible, until the last time. I ordered through the drive thru, ordered 2 burgers with only ketchup, received ketchup packets on the side and mustard and pickle on burger. The burgers were also so badly charred the ridge of the burger was hard it was a struggle to bite through, couldn’t even get through the first one. Never received a receipt either so didn’t bother going back to get new ones.

Hands down worst service in my life. Waited 25 minutes after they didn’t have my order ready in the drive through. I was then told they gave my order to someone else. Waited another ten minutes before getting my refund. No apologies nothing.
