I visit this particular Hardee's 3 to 4 times a week, mostly for breakfast, which is always outstanding. The staff greet many of the customers by name, know what they want to eat, and manage to have fun on their job! No other Hardee's compares to this one!

This will be long, stay with me.First and foremost, I always have a good experience at this location. The young man that runs the drive thru is always very kind and prompt.I went to get dinner for my husband and I, ordered the Famous Star Combo large with a coke and went about my day.Once I got home, I took a bite of my food and almost immediately dropped it on the floor, so to the pup it goes, and back to Hardee's I go.Once I get to the drive thru, a lovely young women pops up and asks me if I would like to try their Famous star combo large with a coke, and Yes, yes I did, bc that was my exact order not 15 minutes ago?I explained what happened and we had a laugh, Once I got to the window, she generously comped my meal.Then the same young gentleman i ordered from the first time, handed over my bag and told me to make sure I keep this one safe from the puppers, again, bringing a smile and a laugh.Little do these two know, I was struggling Today, it has not been a good one and dropping my food was the icing on the cake. They went out of their way with Generosity and Compassion just to make sure I had a nice meal and a better experience. It truly shinned light into today's dreary mood.Thank You, you Excell in customer service and what you do and you both should be recognized for it. I dont know your names, but know that Today, you made it a good day for someone going through it, just with your kindness.Stay Awesome my Friends, we'll be back!P.S, the Famous Star was Amazing the second time around too!

If I say any negative it would be that just keep an eye on the dining room tables and the drink area for keeping them clean!I am from the Hendersoville area and come down often and this Hardee’s is by far the most consistent with their hospitality and service! I spoke with Darren I think is the regional guy and told him that the team that he has in place here is un heard of in todays time! Hard working, friendly, smiling and having fun! Way to go Hardee’s of TR the food was great!Please share with the team! so many times we pass along the negativity and never give them the positive !
Says they close at 10:00 p.m. but it's 8:00 p.m. and all they lights are on no cars in the parking lot and 30 minutes ago there was a car in the drive through. The doors are locked to.

Why at 3pm. Store is extremely slow yet they park me at the front of the store to wait for my order of a single burger. No one behind me in line and they have to walk further. And then after getting my buger. It wasmade wrong. I could not eat it and threw it away. I am done with this Hardees. Which is across the street from my work. I ordered the big cheese burger because it does not come with mayo. Yet all i see is mayo. Good luck with your bad service. My drink had a defective lid. The employee said i dont know whats wrong with that lid. Did not offer another.

These women were such a delight they we so busy but just happy and nice as can be.
All I want to say the place was clean restrooms service was fantastic. It’s good when you can go somewhere and sit down and relax in a good atmosphere. Thank you.

I can't say enough about the staff at this Hardee's. I've been here three times during my visit to the area and each time had a different person to interact with who exceeded my expectations. Miss Becky today was especially friendly, despite the stress of it being a holiday and her wanting to get herself and her staff home to their families. Excellent atmosphere and the food was hot and cooked to perfection. Excellent experience!

Dropped in for breakfast. Nothing coming out of the kitchen. At least 10 people standing g waiting for food after ordering 10 or 15 minutes earlier. New customers came in and didn’t even get acknowledged so they left. Was hoping for just a quick stop and back on the road but nada tango. Not sure how a Hardee’s can’t move food out of the kitchen that slow. Forget the drive up line that was backed up too. It’s not like people come in to spend and hour eating. Never seen anything like it really at a fast food place.

Went by Sunday 11/5/23 at 7:20pm and they wouldn't answer the drive thru and the doors were locked. Smelled like the employees were outside smoking weed too. The sign says it closes at 10pm but this app says 8 well apparently they close when they feel like it.
