Rude employees and they won’t let you change anything about your meal. I’ve never had this issue at any other Zaxby’s location. Food was cold and no good.

Found a 45¢ “Hospitality Tax” on my receipt last night after waiting 25 minutes for my food, which was cold, in a dining room that was disgusting. What does the 45¢ you stole from each of your customers gain them in retur? Whats more disgusting is that it’s not mentioned or shown until you’ve paid and the receipt is printed. Outright theft by some franchisee.

They literally get my order wrong every single time. I always get shorted something that I pay extra money 44 and sometimes the food is even cold when I get home and I live not five minutes away. Since they seem incapable of getting an order right ever and constantly charge me for items they never actually give me. I will never be returning to this or any other zaxby's again. I don't pay fifteen dollars for a meal to have it be wrong

If I could give a zero I would. Simple order or 2 chicken tender plates. One 4 piece and one 6 piece. Get home and both were 4 piece. Plates were not presentable. Food looked like it was thrown into both Plates. Slaw scattered all over the place. Ask plainly at the window for ranch sauce, got all zax sauce. No ranch at all. Ordered the new egg rolls, they were so greasy could not eat them.
20-25 minute wait times for drive thru. This has got to be one of the worst Zaxby’s in the world.If you live in TR, it would be faster to drive all the way to Cherrydale and back most of the time.
